Porsche xx. Paul was a great experience for myself. I specifically did business with Prescott and Lea and met many other of the staff. After finding a wonderful vehicle, they spent time with me to go over many of the features, along with letting me know that I can come back for more knowledge. Thank You!

Juan was hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. So helpful in getting everything figured out with speed, exactly what I requested. He is friendly, a good listener and is clearly great at what he does. Best car purchasing experience I’ve had.

2018 Nissan Murano review
It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Mike Benincasa at Walser Nissan was great. He was there when the shop opened at 10 am with the exact vehicle we wanted, even though it needed new tires. We spent the entire day with him for a variety of reasons and he was fantastic!
2024 Nissan Murano review
We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

I just purchased a new 2024 Outback at Walser. This is my third Subaru (great vehicles). I have been purchasing cars for 50 years now and this was the best sales experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. A big shout out to Account Executive, Anthony Johnson, and the rest of the crew at Walser for making this such a no hassle sales process. Well deserving of 5 stars.

You want to work with Helton Cerqueira! Fantastic experience from initial inquire to him following up days after the purchase to ensure the vehicle met all expectations. Helton was a joy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable in what he sells, very personable, and not pushy. I will and have been recommending everyone I know to give this man a call when in the market for a new vehicle. Beyond the positives of Helton, the dealership itself was extremely clean and well ran, James in financing did a great job getting everything lined up and finalized. The Detailers who worked on our car did a fabulous job as well

2025 Nissan Murano review
I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

Walser Nissan BurnsvilleReviews
Walser Nissan Burnsville review
Anthony Pitts is the go-to guy. Let me begin by saying I would rather have a root canal than car shop. I dislike the entire process from overbearing sales people to negotiations ending with the hard sell for all the upgrades. When we arrived at Walser Nissan Burnsville, we had a firm idea of the car, packages and upgrades we wanted, our budget and preferred finance option. We walked in and stood for a couple minutes while people looked at us while walking by. As we tried to figure out who to approach (we used a side door due to construction), Anthony came from the back and immediately walked up to us, introducing himself and shaking our hands. He asked if we were being helped and offered to take us to his desk. Important things I noticed: 1) : Anthony made eye contact with me, shook my hand and didn’t divert communication directly to my husband. Being equal parts of this process it was refreshing to be treated as such. 2) Anthony’s desk is a tall top, I explained that I had just had knee surgery and he immediately moved us to an empty low-top desk. 3) He was authentic in his approach, his communication and his demeanor. Anthony had a trainee (Dante) with him and while we walked Anthony through what we wanted, he was also walking Dante through the process. He was patient and thorough walking both Dante and us, through the process. Anthony is very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. While we waited at various points in the car shopping process (paperwork, financing checks etc) the conversations were fluid and easy-going, touching on several topics from his military career to our pets to places we’ve traveled. It felt like we were chatting with a friend, not a guy trying to sell a brand new car. Anthony was attentive to both my comfort and the car buying process and I actually had a really good time! Lessons learned: 1. f you want to buy a car, go to Walser Nissan Burnsville. 2. Ask for Anthony 3. If Anthony is unavailable, ask for Dante (no longer in training) 4. Car buying is less painful than a root canal (and can even be fun) if you find the right sales person. 5. We plan on only buying cars from Anthony (or Dante).
2018 Nissan Murano review
I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

2019 Nissan Murano review
Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

Easy process and Amy was great to work with. Highly recommend and will absolutely return next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle.
2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

I purchased a 1500 Ram truck 6 years ago. When it came time to get something smaller, there was no place I would go but back to Dodge of Burnsville. They did not disappoint. Top notch dealership with friendly, caring staff. Major kudos to Antoine as he was very professional and made sure to help me get what I needed with this trade. Thank you, Antoine!!

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

2022 Nissan Murano review
Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

CarTime Auto Center review
I had been searching for a car for a while that fit my budget and needs. I was surprised one day to come to CarTime and see the perfect car on their lot, with the color I had been searching for, which had just arrived the day before. The sales staff, Steve, quickly was able to bring the entire sale together in a short time, and make an adjustment on the gasoline door of the car for me. Steve, my salesperson also recommended several places where I could get additional preferred adjustments to cater to my needs, to my used car, also with good deals. I also had to go back to get my tire bolts loosened later, and the staff accommodated me immediately and with a friendly candor. I had a great experience with CarTime.

CarMax Kansas CityReviews
CarMax Kansas City review
I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.
