We had a tough situation with our current vehicle. We know another employee of Bommarito at another site, and he put us in touch with Matt McManus. Matt worked with us for over a week to help us find the best possible solution. As such, we only were at the dealership for about two hours, at a time when we were very busy. I have actually referred both of my kids to Matt for help with their vehicle purchases. Ian worked diligently to find us the best possible financing solution for the new car purchase. He was courteous and personable and helped us understand our financing options and terms. Also, I wanted to mention Randy Graves. Randy works in internet sales at a different location. We have known Randy for many years, and he was the first person we contacted when we decided to look for a new vehicle. He referred us to Matt, and it was a good experience for us.
I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
The car buying (or leasing) process is never something to look forward to, but Todd made it easy and painless. I knew what i wanted and needed and Todd made it happen in less than 20 minutes!! When i need another vehicle...I???ll be calling Todd again.
We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.
Daughters car was totaled by hail and suddenly looking for a replacement. Stumbled onto hertz in stl and Tom. Great experience and price on used Ford Focus. Very accommodating as we were traveling 3 hours for purchase. Would recommend and will consider them for future purchases
