Very energetic and helpful. Very good at follow up. I probably got 10 calls a week checking to see if there was anything else they could do for me. They even called to see if some had called. I ended up not buying the car I looked at. It had more miles on it than I wanted.
I needed a decent work-truck at a good price. I shopped around a bit and came to Best Buy Used Cars after seeing the truck I wanted on Cars.com. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and got me financed. I was on the road within two hours. Truck is in great condition even though it has higher miles. Jennifer and Marco were great.
Inquired into an auto they had for sale. I was contacted quickly; however, the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available. other vehicles available were not what I wanted or interested in. Purchased another vehicle at a local dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought my vehicle site unseen as I was 6 hours away. I knew that's the one I wanted. They delivered it to a meeting place which was great all with in 36 hours. Got it home and looked it over good, I was disappointed that I had no service records at all. No vehicle booklet(this is a 2016), the old owners info still in the glove compartment and it was dirty. I mean not detailed or cleaned at all. Very disappointed in that. This vehicle comes factory with luxury floor mats, this one has 3 cheap ones and missing the drivers floor one. More than just small details where missed. Makes me wonder if it was looked over at all while there.
I went into Elhart Hyundai to get a new vehicle and Junior took great care of me while we were getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Caryn was wonderful as she got me a loan with a great interest rate. I could not be happier. They even followed up to make sure things are good with the new vehicle.

I had searched the internet and found a vehicle I was interested in with the options I wanted at Elhart. I met Brittany in the lot and she showed me what vehicles they had with the options I was interested in and even a vehicle that they had just got in. She was very knowledgeable and polite and not pushy. She was easy to work with to get a very nice vehicle at a good price. The next day I met with Jennifer who had all the paper work ready and made it fast and easy to get that done. Brittany had the vehicle spotless and full of gas and ready to go. Great people to work with when you need to buy a vehicle!
I was looking to replace a 15 year old vehicle and came back to Crown, as we had a good experience a couple of months earlier replacing an older van. I found a great used car with low mileage at a price that I was able to fit into my budget. I enjoyed working with Sam again as she wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I sent 3 family members there and after 35k in sales, they offered me a $100.00 My son referred his sister and got $200 for a $6,500.00 sale didn't come out right I didn't think..(its the point be fair)
I had slowly been looking for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. The first dealership didn't answer my emails or respond to a voicemail. On a Saturday, we went in & met Ben Lindemulder. Test drove what I thought I wanted but what they had in stock is not what I wanted. He started looking right away. After getting home, my husband had a few changes to our list, Ben took it in stride. I went the next Saturday and Ben & I worked through options for getting a car in. He had it on Monday and I picked it up. The only wrinkle in that process was the other dealership put them off until late afternoon, and it was a drive for them to go get the jeep. Because it was late, even though it was not their fault, they came up with a plan to take care of me for the late delivery. The staff stayed late to get it ready, and do the paperwork. No grumbling about doing that. After getting it home, I found a little issue, and they were not obligated to take care of the, but they had me bring it back in. I've never had a dealership that works so hard to keep you happy.
This is my 4th car from Fox Nissan. John, once again, did a great job in the sales department! The process was seamless.
