My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.
I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
Scheduling the appointment was simple/convenient, staff at the dealership(service team) alerted me to the recall item and were able to complete this work in addition to the initial items I had requested .
The sales rep was good, but I felt hostile. After paying everything in the finance room I came to know I need to pay additional around USD 1400 extra for some DMV tax etc that was never communicated to me before my 3000 out of pocket should cover everything. This is my third consecutive lease from Nissan Finance and I never had this kind of experience. The finance guy tried to push me to pay the amount and keep changing my monthly instalment. But when I decided to break the deal he was able to adjust that amount but still, I need to pay additional around 300 for some DMV work etc and my monthly payment still went up by around 1 dollar what I promised before. I guess this entire thing was a setup and they try to get this additional cost recovered from you. Very disappointing.
I've always been skeptical about buying used vehicles from "auto malls" and the like, and have always gone the more costly route and bought directly from dealerships that only sell certified pre-owned cars.
However, after doing a little research, looking at their inventory and meeting the owner of Rt. 27 Auto Mall, I took the plunge. It couldn't have been a more comfortable and positive experience. The salesmen and staff are knowledgable, helpful, and not overly pushy. They are also worked very hard to do business with me in a way that was very fair and reasonable, while still managing to maintain transparency and integrity. The entire process was as seamless as one could expect when buying a car.
Most importantly, the staff here exhibited a high level of regard for my (customer) satisfaction. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and very reasonable! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a pre-owned car and would definitely do business with them again!
Larry gave me the immediate impression everything would work out well, I believe it will, Ed the manager also gave me that impression and it has. Carlos, convinced me the extended warranty would be a good investment. Although the vehicle rides beautifully, it's nice knowing any problems will be covered.
I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe. Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
This was the best car buying experience of my life such great customer service ..I was blown away by how fast the process went by we were out in time for lunch ...I will be definitely buying all my Car from CarSense in the future... the people there are just wonderful..
