I purchased a 2018 Nissan Murano. The entire staff that we came in contact with were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely concerned with helping us find what we were looking for. I loved the fact that they were not like other dealerships and were quick to provide a price on what we were interested in and not ask what we wanted our payment to be. I truly believe we got a great deal on the vehicle and the whole buying experience was a pleassnt experience. The selection to choose from was great. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a vehicle.

The car is more than I expected in quality and performance. The style is sleek and smooth in appearance. Just what I was looking for.
We have been so satisfied every time we take our cars in for service from routine maintenance to this was a warranty issue that was no problem!
Lots of space, easy driving, easy to maneuver.

I went in to the dealer, knowing that I wanted a Rogue which is my fifth Nissan. All I wanted for bells and whistles was satellite radio which I got in the whole entertainment system. I am still learning all it can do. The car is SO comfortable, there is a ton of room in the back, I get fantastic mileage and all I usually do is in-town driving. Only less than perfect aspect is the get-up-and-go. Not too great. I get on the interstate every day and I have to make sure I have a big distance to merge because my car doesn't get up to speed very quickly. Still love it!
Warranty service, in and out in about an hour to change out the computer. Customer seating is in the showroom. Don't try the pressure sales tactics of other dealers I've used, trust their word above the others.

Roomy, smooth ride, the way I like. Great features, like the cup holders, have driven only three days. Loving so far. Music system wonderful. Love the display screen and phone compatibility.
I had very good service and was very happy that my vehicle did not have to stay in the shop. Long.. everyone was very friendly and the service manager talked with me about the problem that I was having and how long it would take to repair it.

It’s attractive, comfortable, and for the price it has a ton of options. My whole family loves using Apple CarPlay to listen to their Spotify music. I like all the intuitive warning features like the blind spot sensor and the backup camera. The heated steering wheel is awesome, as are the heated seats. Ample room so I don’t feel squished and a nice sized trunk. I’ve also come to really like the keyless ignition. Any time I have a question, my salesperson, Mark Eversgerd, goes above and beyond to get me answers. I would definitely recommend this car.
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

This is the first suv our family has ever owned. Very impressed by the way it drives. Its safe,reliable and suits our needs.we love it.
I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.
I have been a long time customer back to the days of Jack Yarber. Picked up screw in tire on my Mercury suv and slowly losing air. Since I purchase these tires here, (Arrival time 7:50), I thought I would get in and out before further damage to the tire in question. Service "advisor?" said he had several oil changes and others ahead of me and could'nt get to it for about 3 hours. So much for customer service. Loyalty here is a one way street.
