Court, Lacey, Trevor (Smith ?) and Kim were very helpful and nice. A special thank you goes out to Court as we asked him a zillion questions and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help (put up) with us (and among other things) crunch numbers for different scenarios and "what - ifs". Car buying isn't on my "fun" list but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you all for all your help and for making good.
I recently purchased a Toyota Prius Prime. Because I couldn?t locate what I wanted here in the Midwest, I ended up searching for one on the west coast, via the internet. I finally ended up at Kendall Motors in Eugene, OR ? the California market was just too strange. Because of the holidays, end of the year deadlines, distances involved and preplanned trips, the process could have been daunting. But the individuals at Kendall Motors, which felt like a home-town dealership, were exceptionally good. Mark Jabs, in sales, was very professional and dedicated to the success of the process and I Never felt pressured. He more than earned his pay on this one! I can?t sing his praises enough. I might have given up but for the help from both Mark and Ann in the ?paperwork? division. I thank them very much ? I ended up with exactly what I wanted. And at a good price.
The dealership was very friendly and helpful and I got the car of my dreams, so thankful for the experience and would recommend them to others looking for a new or used vehicle, no heavy pressure and I felt like the salesman was genuinely happy he found the perfect car for me, he was as excited as I was... that means a lot. The financial manager was a joy to work with, very personable and cared about me and my family, once again no pressure to buy any add-ons just honest opinions and cheerful attitude . Took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait.
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
We have been searching for a Truck for awhile now, But we hate the pressure that we have experienced with salesman. Finally we decided to come check out a truck a Lithia Nissan. The minute we pulled in we had Joe (salesman) at our side. With 2 small kiddos Joe was extremely patient and answered all of our questions to make sure that we were getting the truck we wanted. Every SINGLE staff member that I engaged with was friendly, we felt absolutely no pressure. The process was quick and easy. They not only took care of us but also did a wonderful job at making sure the kids were taken care of as well. After the experience that we had, we will be customers for life.
