Used 2020 Nissan Rogue for Sale in Montrose, CO

Bought my 2012 rogue 3 months ago best buying exp in 40 yrs of buying cars excellent staff great deal. Now 3 months later a mechanic not with dealer tells me rear brakes rotors shocks all bad approx $1100 dollars. Went to dealer and they are doing all repairs. No charge how great is this place to deal w thanks I'm a retired police officer on a pension n these guys are the BEST

I stopped by in my way to another dealership to buy a car for my daughter. We saw a car on the lot and went in to ask about it. Within 5 minutes we were driving it and 10 minutes later were were given a great price. The buying process was the easiest I have ever gone through, and we tend to buy a lot of cars. Gave me a very great price on the car I purchased and gave me great value on a trade in to make ends meet. Due to past experiences I was expecting for the dealership to try and play me and back track on their word but to my surprise there were no tricks. Very friendly, great service, quick and easy. I drove from Tennessee because they had the car I wanted exactly how I wanted it and couldn't find it closer and I would make the drive again.

My dad spent hours and hours searching the web for a very nice car at a great price. He found one that was located at a Hertz dealership at Minnesota that was a phenomenal value for a fairly new Toyota Camry, exactly what we were looking for. It was 1000 dollars cheaper than most comparable Camrys. Hertz was phenomenal to work with, getting the car out to us in 1 day from when we purchased it and the car was in phenomenal condition, just like they???d promised us it would be!

I wanted to take a few minutes a recognition of John Breeser's services provided 5/19/2016. I first inquired about a trade in on my vehicle, 2013 Nissan Altima. After finding out that my trade in value was significantly lower than the payoff value of my vehicle I decided not to pursue the car purchase. John was kind enough to repetitively get a hold of me so he can assist me with my needs. I decided to reply back to an email of his and inform him of my current situation and without hesitation he came back with a proposal on a new 2016 Rogue SL that would only bring up my payment by another $20. After a few emails back and forth, I decided to come into your facility and speak to John in person regarding consideration to the new purchase/trade. John was very welcoming and did not waste time in getting everything in place before my arrival. There is a reason I've purchased my last few vehicles through John's services. It has been 15 yrs. since I've needed to purchase a new vehicle. I have spent time in newer vehicles with the technology offered, but not enough to know what I really wanted or needed. When I walked into the Nissan Auto Nation, Tempe I was greeted by Christian Bustos. I explained to Christian that I have some knowledge of the bells and whistles in today's vehicle, but I wanted to be treated like a blank slate. Christian to that bit of information and ran with it. Christian was very patient taking the time to work with me to overcome any challenge that I had. In the end I could have purchased anywhere. I returned to Auto Nation because of the customer service provided by Christian, and everyone that I encountered at Auto Nation Nissan. Excellent pricing too! I had a terrible pull to the right, and was told by another service facility that my right cam was bent, which didn't seem likely. Decided to take my Nissan Rogue to Autonation Nissan in Tempe. Found out it was just that the tires need to be replaced, and the car was out of alignment. They did an alignment and gave me back my keys. Thank you for checking the cam and knowing that the only issue was the tires. Jaime was wonderful!

Kristan Johnson is an awesome service person. She's knowledgeable, kind, considerate and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the service you need. I give her a 10 star rating. We were beyond impressed with the customer service at this dealership. We had an issue with our financing, and instead of turning us away, they sent us home with the car so it could not be "bought out from under us" while they figured out the issue. The following day, the finance manager and the salesman (Warren) both followed up with me to inform me of what they were doing to solve the issue. Once the issue was solved and we came back in to start negotiating, the salesman was NOT pushy or demanding which was a refreshing change from other dealerships we have dealt with. They were also very kind and patient in dealing with us while my 4 year-old competed for their attention. Warren listened to our concerns, took notes, and got to work immediately trying to address and overcome our concerns. When it had reached the point where he couldn't do any more, he got the sales director, Bryan, involved instead of just expecting us to accept a deal we weren't happy with. Bryan went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I would have expected. My husband was ready to not make the deal, but Bryan brought him back from a "no" to a "yes" without any pressure and without asking him to come away from the terms he was asking for. Once the deal was made, the paperwork was processed very quickly, and they even filled our tank up before we left the lot. I will surely be going back to them if I ever have the need for another car. And, I recommend anyone who is tired of dealing with pushy salesmen who seem to just be in it to make a buck to definitely check out this dealership. They seemed legitimately concerned with making us happy and not just selling us any old car! I am a very demanding consumer, and I always cross my t's and dot my i's before I ever even step foot onto a car lot. They not only welcomed my questions and concerns, but helped me grow my confidence in the decision we were making by explaining all of the "behind the scenes" reasons for the negotiations they were able to flex on as well as those that they weren't. Their transparency, honesty, and patience make them an A+ dealership in my book!

I was doing the opposite of most people at this store as I was looking to painlessly sell my mid sized truck. I had an ad on Craigslist and had visited Carmax in Rochester, but Keith's analysis of my vehicle was spot-on. Their price was fair (better than Carmax's) and they made the selling process painless. This was by far easier to do than selling privately to someone that you don't even know. I would highly recommend that before you try selling your car/truck privately, call Keith and see what he can do for you.

I was very happy from my first email on. My internet salesman was very attentive and respected my wishes on no phone calls, as I've noticed other places seem to have an issue with. Unfortunately, I didn't buy there, but had nothing to do with the place or people, but they didn't have the specific used truck I was looking for. I would def contact them in the future, if anything changed.

Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. It made the experience a lot easier to get pre-approved with CFE Credit Union in advance. They have a partnership with Universal Nissan and referred me to check options for my new car. I wish I visited Universal Nissan first, but since I had purchased my 2004 Pathfinder and, my husband had purchased his 2009 Versa at Reed, I went there first as a loyalty. What a disappointment and difference in treatment! I believe the sales representative and management were either desperate for a big sale or just didn't care. They probably saw a 4.11 ft middle aged woman come in alone at the end of the month/year and thought...ca$$hing! Even after I informed him I was pre-approved for a 3.1% APR through CFE, he insisted in checking my credit again, stating I would lose rebates if not financing through them. He came back saying that due to my credit score, 610, I was approved for a 9% APR and that they would offer $250 for my car! I was shocked and asked him to explain how my credit score dropped from 765 to 610 in three hours, since I was pre-approved! I just laughed and thanked him for his time. Unbelievably he had the nerve to call me the next day to ask if I had decided anything. After doing some homework about my trade-in value and browsing Universal Nissan's website for a new Rogue, the first contact by email and phone to discuss some questions about the options was pleasant. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable, encouraging me to make an appointment to visit the dealership to discuss the special End of the Year Deals. He followed through nicely, not pushy. At the dealership everyone was pleasant. Both the sales representatives, Sarfaraz Ahmed and William Sanchez were very nice and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and work with me, as well as to teach me about the car features and all those buttons. (I upgraded from a Pathfinder 2004, so there are a lot more buttons...lol) Bill Steinlauf, the finance Manager, was also very pleasant. Overall it was a great experience as everyone I dealt with was nice and patient, especially since it was New Year's Eve and we were all trying to go home to our celebrations. I will definitely recommend this dealership and its representatives to my friends and family.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.
