Outstanding Customer Service!

My Wife and I went in on 10-29-17, only to look at what they had to offer, and was not even considering Nissan, as we have owned 4 Toyota Cars. I do not want to write a long story but Daniel Firestone and Russell Ball did such a Great Job in Customer Service when we first met, that we decided to go back and see what they could offer. We met with Eddie Hernandez, and he made the Final Step, easy. He was not pushy, and was very courteous. Because we felt they earned our Business, we purchased a Service Contract and a Security Package. We could have went anywhere, but what really impressed us was the fact that Frank Bachman took the time to meet with us when we first arrived, even to see me and Thank me for going back. Other than a still slightly dusty interior, and a missing key that has been replaced, it was worth the visit. As we left with the car, I joked with Daniel, regarding his statement he made when we first met, ???I am going to put you in a new car!??? he smiled, "We did!" Greatest Car buying experience in a very long time. I will recommend this business to all my Family and Friends!
