I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Fantastic new engine and smooth new CVT. Interior of the platinum with the tan interior is just stunning. Excellent fuel mileage as well. As I said, nothing like the last Rogue.

About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! 2022 nissan rogue sv awd . great vehicle overall seats should be a little bigger . passenger front seat no height adjustment that was not a good feature. body style is good and lots of safety features , engine has some pep with quick acceleration, smooth ride with good music system.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle for our son from Nucar Nissan and our experience was very good. Our sales associate, Craig Adams, was experienced, friendly, low-pressure and patient. He worked hard, going through three different vehicles on the lot with us in the rain, bringing them around for us to drive. Reviewing Carfax, giving us honest advice and then being transparent with us during the sales process was most appreciated. There was a bit of an issue (not with Craig) when it came time to close on the car price and they’d added $1850 in charges for a LoJack, wheel locks, an extra key fob and all weather floor mats. I thought that was VERY pricey for a used Kia Forte. We worked on it and I got it down to $1000 for locks, a fob and mats. Still think that’s a bit much, but they worked with me a little on the car price, so it almost evened out. It was a little disconcerting on a car at this price level but I felt OK about it in the end, because those were items we wanted with the car.. I think that those items should be listed out separately and offered to the buyer, not just tossed in, forcing me to work to ask what it is and why it was almost 10% of the car’s price. I did not appreciate that part of the purchase. Buyer beware. Overall though, Craig was great and Sami, the finance manager was good as well. Save for the $1800 at closing, the experience was very good. We kept them past closing and they were fine. They worked hard for the sale and were very appreciative of our business. Five stars for Craig and his customer service. - he was amazing Taking one star off for the pricing issue I had to negotiate, unnecessary work and sort of a hidden charge I didn’t appreciate. Overall, a very good experience.

I recently went in for an oil change and found that my rear differential was toast. I had to have a new rear end installed which affected the ABS module which also had to be replaced. Through out the process, Dennis in the service dept. kept me well informed of the progress. They kept to the original estimate and also gave me a new loaner vehicle to drive. I am very pleased with the outcome and thank you Dennis.

I delivered my Terrain to the service department and waited in the lounge. When the service was completed I paid with my GM credit card. The service department delivered my vehichle after it had been washed.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service here! Thank you for making our car-buying experience a good one!
