I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Fantastic new engine and smooth new CVT. Interior of the platinum with the tan interior is just stunning. Excellent fuel mileage as well. As I said, nothing like the last Rogue.

2022 nissan rogue sv awd . great vehicle overall seats should be a little bigger . passenger front seat no height adjustment that was not a good feature. body style is good and lots of safety features , engine has some pep with quick acceleration, smooth ride with good music system.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Located the vehicle on-line, inquired and was sent a video of the vehicle. With the information provided I traveled 5 hours each way to test drive and purchase the vehicle on a Saturday. The staff was courteous and the purchase went well.

If I could give 6 star I would. For my first time buying a car everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Shout out to Rony who helped me buy my car and answer all my questions. From the minute I walked in the door I was offered water, snacks and coffee. Since I was there during lunch they even gave me a plate of chicken! I previously had visited a different dealership who tried to bait and switch me, offering me a terrible deal and not honoring the sale prices listed on their website and over the phone. None of that happened here at Crystal Lake. The price listed over the phone was the price I received and they offered me a great rate on financing. During the test drive Rony was kind and showed me the different features of the car I was buying. During my time there they sold about 10 cars, which isn't surprising considering the kindness and the good prices they offered.

The whole staff has always treated me well from sales to service, I will never go anywhere else.

I had a great experience working with Toni the salesman, he answered all of my questions. i bought a BMW x5 the other day, for a great price. there was a small ding that i notices afterwords (a very minor ding). He gave me bindis number (the service advisor) and they took care of it. Awesome dealership and I will be recommending to friends and family.
