Service is always excellent at Lia Nissan in Saratoga. They make you a priority as soon as you pull in. They keep you informed while your vehicle is getting worked on, and then they explain everything to you . They are just compassionate and very knowledgeable.

Well I've owned this suv for a little over 8 months In this 8 month period I have drove to British Columbia 3 times Right now currently I have 20000 miles on the car The highest mileage I have ever got with this SUV Going 80 km an hour FOR 10 km 78.2 miles per gallon On average it gets 48 miles to 55 miles per gallon And if there's any skeptics out there I do have pictures of all This

I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Fantastic new engine and smooth new CVT. Interior of the platinum with the tan interior is just stunning. Excellent fuel mileage as well. As I said, nothing like the last Rogue.

We came to Lia of Saratoga to purchase a newer Rouge and we met Gianni our sales person. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us options and then went through all the features of each one which helped us decide which one was best for us. Gianni was great! He answered evey one of our questions and was very patient with us. He is very responsive to our emails and texts. Once we bought the vehicle, he walked us through all the features and technology. The dealership was very accommodating, took good care of us, and made the whole process easy to understand and easy to go through. Gianni and the dealership walked us through all of our options for service for our vehicles there, including extended coverage, explaing all the terms so that we had a complete understanding what options we we could get. This is our second time going to Lia of Saratoga and I'm sure it won't be our last. We've told all our friends and family, how well we were treated and how nice it was to buy a vehicle from them. 2022 nissan rogue sv awd . great vehicle overall seats should be a little bigger . passenger front seat no height adjustment that was not a good feature. body style is good and lots of safety features , engine has some pep with quick acceleration, smooth ride with good music system.

If I can stay for a longer time and relax in the dealership, I will.

I had the pleasure yesterday of working with Bryan Casey in the service department at Lia Nissan. It was the first month check-up on my brand new Nissan Rogue to ensure all systems were operating satisfactory. Bryan was friendly and courteous. He made sure I knew about the waiting area and complementary beverages etc. there. He explained the purpose of this one month visit, and when it was completed he assured me everything was operating satisfactorily. While the service inspection was going on, I met with Patrick Mastromarchi in the sales department from whom I had purchased my new Rogue. He spent all the time I needed reviewing features that I was not clear about. He also re-introduced me to the “my Nissan app“ where a fount of information is available. I am looking forward to a long and happy relationship with these gentlemen at Lia Nissan.

This is my 2nd car from the Latham office and this service is the best. The transition from my 1st lease to my 2nd was very smooth with no pressure. My 1st lease was in 2015 for the Nissan Rogue and I was ready for another. I was able to Meet up with Marc Vrigian who made the experience very easy. I told him the car, color, and options I was looking for and with in no time he had the exact model I was looking for parked and ready for a test drive, with no pressure to upgrade to a vehicle that did not suit my needs. The SUV was a perfect match and provided me with upgraded standard features that did not come with my 1st lease. During the time I was waiting for the paper work to be generated he was able to give me a tour of the new facility including the service center since it had been upgraded since my last visit in 2015 which was an impressive improvement . All in all a great experience 5 stars all the way

Everyone make it easy for us to purchase a new car. Everyone was knowledgeable about the car and were very friendly and helpful.

My car was due for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Michael Bingham walked me through the process and pointed out an issue with my tires. He guided me through the process and offered up his future help with trying to recoup some compensation with the company I bought my tires from. (they are not that old and are starting to wear) Michael was very helpful with my entire visit to Lia Infiniti. I frequent Lia Infiniti both for maintenance and purchase of my car and I am always happy with my visit there. I only have one very small complaint....there wasn't a sticked put on my windshield letting me know when my next oil change is due. I rely on that sticker. BUT that is a very small issue.
