I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

I bought a car here back in May, and I had a wonderful buying experience back then. Unfortunately, there ended up being an unexpected issue with the vehicle I purchased that no one had foreseen, so I came back to EchoPark for help. The team really bent over backwards to make it right. Bradley made it his mission to find something safe, reliable, and in the budget for this single mom. Jeremy walked me through everything answering every question with professionalism and courtesy. Talon worked behind the scenes to get my financing just right. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. What you do in response to those mistakes shows your character and integrity. EchoPark could have sent me away. They had no legal obligation to help me with the issues I encountered, but the fact that they CHOSE to do so speaks volumes. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this dealership, especially these three gentlemen, to anyone I know looking for their next vehicle.

I came in Monday with my heart fixed on a Altima . Najalee was very patient and transparent with everything during the process. I never felt rushed or anxious about my purchase and just 2 weeks away from my birthday I’m driving off with my jeep a complete switch from my Altima but I love it and am so pleased

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.

I only dealt with salespeople on phone. He was prompt at responding to my phone calls and answering my questions.

Writing this review shortly after completing my purchase because my experience with Southern Star and Ronny in particular was so good I felt the need to show my appreciation. From my first phone call to that last hand shake, I received nothing but courteous, honest and patient service. I showed up, got the key and was off for a lengthy test drive in minutes. Had a 3rd party inspection done to settle any buyers anxiety but, honestly, it was not necessary since all their vehicles appear to be in immaculate condition. All my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction and I left with a clean car, full tank and, most importantly, peace of mind. Great people, great vehicle, and great price! We have had multiple great experiences with this location. Steve, a sales manager was great and so helpful! We had mechanical issues with one of our cars and they took it back within the 30-day warranty with no issue!! I highly recommend this CarMax location for your car buying purchases!!
