I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!

I recently bought out my lease and Shaq Sexement was excellent in making the deal easy. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Also, I purchased the 7 yr Warranty because Kelly's maintenance department is excellent! It's a different car buying experience at Kelly! Easy, with no pressure.

This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive. Dan was my sales guy and was very kind and made sure to answer all my questions and get me what I wanted. Shak is amazing at his financing magic and 100% puts the customer first and goes out of his own way to find you a way to get you what you want within your budget. Highly recommend coming here for reliable people and a ton of car options!

I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.

The first vehicle I went to see was nice, but not the right fit for me. No pressure to buy or settle on something I didn’t love. I had an excellent experience dealing with Kelly of Woburn. I visited Kelly 2 years ago dealt with Dan Scaira unfortunately we went in a different direction. But I came back again I couldn’t remember his name but I remembered what he looked like. He did recognize me as well. Disccusded used Murano’s but you didn’t have what I was looking for. Dan mentioned about 0% financing gave me something to think about. I had gone home built a Murano sent it to different dealers for quotes. Dan and one other dealer responded. Having dealt with Dan and knowing each other’s experience in the car world was a no brainer buying from Dan and Kelly Woburn. Dan is honest, professional, and no bull. You have a great team there. I had gone to parts to buy a retractable cover for the new Murano the parts guy was also pleasant, and courteous. Wish I caught his name. Please keep up what your whole staff is doing.
