I just bought a 2013 Sentra SL. After buy8ng it I read some very bad reviews, regarding extensive repairs, costing thousands. I'm a low income, retired Senior, so this is all bad news to me. Mostly concerned about the issues they have had with their transmissions. My vehicle has 78,000km. Should I be worried!?

I bought a 2013 Sentra new in 2013. The tranny and the engine just went at 141K miles. I dropped a newer engine in (only 36K miles on it) and a brand new Nissan tranny. Cost me $6,900 for both at the Nissan dealer (including labor), but now I have a practically new car. It’s my baby. It still looks showroom new, inside and out.

I contacted this dealership regarding an F350 they had just received and was put in contact with a salesperson (Robert). Robert was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire negotiation process. A few days later I flew in to Boise and Robert met me at the airport to shuttle me to the dealership. Everyone involved with my purchase was great to work with. I have already recommended Robert and this dealership to a couple of my friends.

This cars looks great and has a nice ride. It's got a peppy engine that gets off the mark quick as a bunny. It has Bluetooth as well as aux in line. Great ride for the money.

The car is great. The interior is very nice. Im so excited that it came with a backup camera, bluetooth, and aux cord. Its a compact car and eco friendly. Comes with great features for an affordable price.

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger from Lithia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat of Spokane on 1/16/24. When I arrived home, I noticed a couple of issues I felt should have been disclosed pre-purchase. I contacted the salesman to discuss but didn’t think at that time there would be any resolution. As a result of what I felt was a non-response, I posted 1 star reviews of this dealership on 1/20/24 On 1/23/24 General Sales Manager James Richards reached out to me to discuss these issues. The service provided is always outstanding, and the customer interaction is exceptionally positive! The dealer service recommendations are followed consistently. The biodegradable windshield washer hose is vulnerable to being eaten by rodents. Rodent-proof hose should be used.
