After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
I recently purchased a car from Florida Fine Cars. My Sales Representative was Keith Miller. I can honestly say it was the smoothest process with him. From the moment he greeted us, he was extremely professional. He explained the no haggle and picked out three cars to choose. We drove the second one and that was it!! I highly recommend using Keith. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable!!
Not a huge fan a car dealerships. For the usual reasons: Pushy sales people, Hidden Fees, and the back and forth that seems to go on forever until you are so worn down that you just crawl out the door or buy a car to end the misery. Keith Miller and Florida Fine Cars are the exception to the rule. Professional, up front and no haggling. Keith and the dealership get my highest recommendation!!!! ?
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

I had a great experience with this dealer from start to finish. Jovie was prompt in answering all my questions and assisted me in text with plenty of photos and every detail i requested about the car I was interested in. I cant say enough about how helpful he was in this process. Ken was also a great guy to work with. As a salesperson I know I can be difficult but these guys didnt make me feel like I was working. I purchased my vehicle here and I would highly reccomend this dealership based on the quality of staff and the meticulousness of the vehicles there. I had been to a few other places first and their cars were a mess in comparison to hertz. If you are looking for a new to you ride, dont hesitate to give this place a chance. Most importanly I must add that the price was the best deal around by a landslide!

He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.

I sent the Contact Me email inquiry 3 Times in 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a Call or Email from the dealership about purchasing the vehicle I’m interested in. I wonder what’s up with that?!
The service reps were very courteous and professional Aaron Newman is very attentive, professional, and cares about customer satisfaction. He reviewed my concerns, took time to explain things to me and made sure the courtesy car arrived on time.
On 8-15-17, my son purchased a used 2002 Toyota 4 Runner at C.A.R.S. Pompano Beach. Our sales person was Al, with whom I had spoken to on the phone from my home in Pennsylvania. Al was most helpful, and gave us a good deal on the purchase. My son had a great experience and we both felt that we were dealing with a very honest dealership. My son and I both agreed that the process from beginning to end with my phone calls to Al, to test driving, to negotiating, to the paperwork through to the end result of the purchase were more than excellent.
