I just bought a 2013 Sentra SL. After buy8ng it I read some very bad reviews, regarding extensive repairs, costing thousands. I'm a low income, retired Senior, so this is all bad news to me. Mostly concerned about the issues they have had with their transmissions. My vehicle has 78,000km. Should I be worried!?

I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.

I had purchased a vehicle from Arman. He was the most honest and straightforward sales person I have ever dealt with. They had lots of great 4WD vehicles and I got a great deal on a hard to find 4WD 4Runner. Extremely clean, they provided the Carfax and allowed me to have the vehicle inspected at a Toyota Dealership. Everything checked out perfectly and I got great financing as well. 2.9% on a 04! I was extremely satisfied!

I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.

Awesome car . I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!

I take care of my baby, i totally transformed the car , its pimped out now . Bought this car at 60k Miles in 2017 and now has 215k miles present day. I will say , My oil changes were every 5000miles with full synthetic oil used. I change the cvt fluid every 50000 miles or once a year for me cause i have heavier rims and tires on the car. I must say this is the best car i have owned by far and if you love it , it will love you.

This is my first car. I’ve beat the crap out of it and it’s still running. Easy to maintain. Quick but not at all fast. I would suggest this as a first car for anyone.

The good news? I found my car. The bad news? It was in Fontana! I live in Mission Viejo, O.C. What's even worse, the ride I arranged to take me back to pick it up, was taken to hospital with covid. Yikes! Well, I struggled to find an alternative ride yet it seems people just don't like Fontana. THANKFULLY, I had MATHEW as my salesman. He was a dream the moment I walked on the lot. MATHEW was very polite, non intrusive and he answered every question I had. I live on disability which isn't a lot but he helped me make a great deal and I was very happy. WHEW! Now, how to get it home. After 4 days, I still hadn't found a ride back to Fontana to pick up my new (Used) outback. MATHEW saved the day. He said he would deliver the Outback to me...And he did. My gratitude is huge. Every moment I was at Johnny's Motors, it was a stress free experience, which is so rare at most dealerships. I'm grateful to the owner for not insisting on 'wolfish' sales people that pester you at every step. MATHEW was fresh air in a hot room. He answered every one of my questions and seemed knowledgeable about all the cars. Yes, despite the distance, I will go back because I trust Johnny's Motors and I certainly am pleased with his team. I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

My mom had this car, it was amazing. She kept it showroom clean, got regular oil changes, had any issues fixed immediately-although I don't think any were major. Just regular things that can happen with age- fuel pump, belts replaced, a/c needing charged. Anyway, it was over 350,000 miles when someone rear ended her in 2020, and of course, the insurance company totaled it. But reliability-ABSOLUTELY. GREAT CAR!

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Kar Genie. The vehicle price, mileage, condition and features were as advertised online. In the interest of Full Disclosure a sticker was prominently displayed on the windshield with a clear notice, the vehicle was being offered for sale in "AS-IS" condition. The vehicle could be returned, for any reason,within 48 hours with a re-stocking fee. I was given an opportunity to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle before taking delivery. I did choose to have an independent pre-sale inspection even though I had already accepted the sales contract and made a cash deposit before the inspection was done.  This inspection, which gave me a sense of confidence in making the purchase, was well worth the cost. I was satisfied with the terms and conditions so I proceeded with the transaction. The staff was professional and willing to address all of my questions and concerns. The sales staff did a great job of explaining the paperwork. I appreciated the courtesy that each staff member showed me before, during and after the transaction was completed. Having done my homework I had some advance knowledge of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. That knowledge made it easier for me to work with the Kar Genie sales staff to get the vehicle I wanted. Due to Kar Genies' commitment to customer satisfaction and based on my resent experience with Kar Genie I would use Kar Genie again in the future.

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

My experience there was good. I went to go look at a honda accord. But I felt in love with the Toyota Camry. Everyone was nice and offered me and my mother water. I really appreciate that everyone there has good customer service.

Quiet and smooth, good economy car, comfortable, excellent interiors, nice looking model. Optimum quality for the price.; just what we were looking for. Fully satisfied so far.

Good news Nissan has extended the warranty on this model to 85k, which is great because that was the only big problem I had with this car. This thing is beautifully designed, spacious and reliable. Great bang for the buck!!

I have two sets of lights on airbags, low pressure lights that has been replaced yet is on again air pressure is good. Really like the car yet I’ve have heard a bunch of negatives problems with the car that is keeping me worry.

Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

It's become impossible to get a standard transmission since some brilliant (business-wise) person came up with the "sport model upgrade." We like basic, reliable, easy, less expensive in all ways, and fun cars.

This car meets all my needs. It's zippy, with a small turning radius, but also has a lot of great safety features. Plenty of legroom, and large trunk space. LOVE the smart key and bluetooth on the steering wheel.
