Absolutely love everything about this truck. Comfort, reliability, power, and towing. The only complaint I have is that I wish the paint didn't chip so easily.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle bought is a dream and we are enjoying it very much. The only negative is that the dealership tries to upsell you on a lot of expensive extras that provide little benefit beyond the Toyota warranty. They do this when a vehicle is serviced too. Unnecessary stuff not necessary per Toyota

I love my truck. It has all the features I need but nothing extra that inflates the price. I just wish the bushing on the tailgate assist was not made of plastic.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. Arrived at the dealership and asked for Josh as I had spoken to him on the phone, he was unavailable. My wife and I were welcomed in by Boris Martinez. We told him what vehicle we were here to purchase and he quickly got the keys and took us to the vehicle, answered all our questions promptly and without any hesitation. I didn?t mention anything about the price, and just told him we will take it. In less than five minutes, he came back to us with the ?deal?, which was the internet advertised price, no negotiations, no haggling, no B.S. I also want to mention the finance process. Completely streamlined again, no B.S. Normally, I absolutely despise buying cars, the back and forth, the games and the hours wasted on this process. Not here, we were there and gone in just under an hour and half. I highly recommend this dealership, I will 100% do business with them again. Also I just wanted to mention even though Josh was unavailable at the time we came in, and no one mentioned it, I did notice that his name was also listed on our paperwork which would mean that he will also get some credit for the sale. That may not seem like a lot but I can assure you that having worked in dealerships, albeit in the service side, this is something that speaks to the culture of the dealership and when there is a good culture, the customer always benefits from this. In conclusion, if you are looking for a new Toyota, go see them, from my experience you will be glad you did.

Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.
