Customer service people are good they gave to the price I am looking for. Online they made fake promise but they tried to keep the promise. Very well behavior by the sales rep Eventhough my purchase was closed late but they tried to keep up with the good after sales process

I arrived to the dealership on my first day shopping and they made it super easy for me to make a decision on that very same day. I told my sales person Denzil exactly what I was looking for and he was able to make it happen for me. I got the exact color and all the features I wanted for a really good price and they were also flexible with me on the down payment. New car wasn't the intent on the day of my visit. That slowly changed after sales pitch and weighing my options. My salesman worked with me, showed me a way to save on my car insurance so that difference in car payment could be balanced.

Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.
