I was contacted very quickly by a Hertz rep, and he was able to get me in for a test drive that weekend. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car I was interested in, I would recommend this dealer based on their friendly, professional assistance in my car search.
After reading some reviews that said things like "stay away!" and "don't trust anything they say", my wife and I decided to roll the dice and drive 3 hours to get a car that was advertised at an unbeatable price. I had talked to my salesman, Dick Bailey, on the phone a few times prior to the trip to Leesburg to confirm fees, price, and details of the car. Long story short, it was over 98 degrees in the showroom because their AC had failed a few days earlier. They had a small crew of dedicated sales and administration guys there to take care of customers like me. The car was exactly as advertised, in like-new condition, and the fees were as posted on the website. Following the test drive, the entire purchasing process took less than 90 minutes. My wife loves the car, and the identical car (with higher mileage) is sitting at a nearby dealer for $5000 more. Glad we rolled the dice.
Best experience buying a new car. No shuffling around to manager, experienced and knowledgeable sales representative. We got all the information we needed and the exact auto we were looking for at the best price quoted from three dealers.
Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!
Skylar was our salesman, what a nice, courteous young man and very helpful. Jason Vaughn, the manager, he was very courteous as well and answered all our questions. We bought a car from this dealership 2008 and we were very pleased with the whole process and the car was a great car. We decided to revisit this dealership and were once again, very pleased. My husband and I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Skylar. Thanks to Jason for all his help as well.

The service was seemless and without a hassle. Gabriel went through every single detail and what to expect. He let me know about the length of the service and provided recommendation about the tire rotation after 5,000 miles.

I went to buy/lease Nissan Leaf. Overall it was a good experience with Daniel Banicevic, who patiently explained all the features of car and helped with test drive. He was very transparent and and walked me through the lease terms. He was polite and did not bully me into buying or misrepresenting facts.
A few days after I took the car on lease, I discovered that the charger was not new. Daniel promised to get me a replacement and followed through to make sure I got the new charger.
I strongly recommend working with Daniel Banicevic, he cares about the customers and is a honest sales guy.
I've been taking my car to Priority Nissan for about three years now, and have always scheduled my appointments with Rodger. He is amazing! He always has a big smile on his face whenever I come in, remembers the most recent work they did on my car, and exactly what I came in for.
