This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive. Dan was my sales guy and was very kind and made sure to answer all my questions and get me what I wanted. Working with Dwayne, at Bertera Nissan was a pleasure. We stopped in one afternoon to test drive the new Rogue. Dwayne shared with us the current used inventory on the lot, and the new nissan suvs available. Dwayne explained all the options and the purchase incentives available to us. As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

Recently bought an Altima from Papa Nilo & he was the best! Great personality & extremely helpful. He made sure my car was everything I was looking for & drove off the lot the same day. Betweem him & Finance guy it's a definite a recommend!

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! I had an excellent experience dealing with Kelly of Woburn. I visited Kelly 2 years ago dealt with Dan Scaira unfortunately we went in a different direction. But I came back again I couldn’t remember his name but I remembered what he looked like. He did recognize me as well. Disccusded used Murano’s but you didn’t have what I was looking for. Dan mentioned about 0% financing gave me something to think about. I had gone home built a Murano sent it to different dealers for quotes. Dan and one other dealer responded. Having dealt with Dan and knowing each other’s experience in the car world was a no brainer buying from Dan and Kelly Woburn. Dan is honest, professional, and no bull. You have a great team there. I had gone to parts to buy a retractable cover for the new Murano the parts guy was also pleasant, and courteous. Wish I caught his name. Please keep up what your whole staff is doing.
