We were in today looking at the Murano and Dwayne was an excellent salesman. He was very engaged, knowledgeable and accommodating. Probably the best service I have had car shopping ever.

There was a prompt response to the information request. We made arrangements to visit the dealership and ended up purchasing a different car than originally planned. The salesman was very friendly and helpful.

Nate was terrific. I came in after a frustrating experience with another dealer. Ended up getting a better car, and a competitive price. The other dealer want $100 more a month for a car with less bells and whistles.

FIFI- here at Rt. 9 Nissan was the greatest. When I mentioned any concerns, she was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most dealerships. She answered my calls even after hours on her personal time. Definitely coming back here again. As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

Working with Dwayne, at Bertera Nissan was a pleasure. We stopped in one afternoon to test drive the new Rogue. Dwayne shared with us the current used inventory on the lot, and the new nissan suvs available. Dwayne explained all the options and the purchase incentives available to us. After a few days we returned and purchased a new nissan rogue.The entire sale went smoothly nd troublefree.We hope to do business again in the future!

About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! I wanted a Frontier Pro4x. I knew what I was comfortable paying and negotiated the sale with Bill online and was happy with the price. I met Cole the next day to drive the truck. After driving the truck, I was ready to close the sale. All of the numbers I negotiated ahead of time were the same, no tricks. We were in and out of there in two hours. Very easy no pressure.
