John, Rusel, and Joey were all so warm and welcoming in a genuine way. We didn't experience the typical impersonal business like we usually do when purchasing a vehicle. They were humble and friendly and made us feel like we've known them for a long time.
The price was well below book out and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. All their vehicles on the lot are in pristine condition. This is definitely not your typical big city dealership! The lot is surrounded by large shade trees.
We will always come here first in our future vehicle purchases.
I always dread shopping for a new vehicle. High pressure sales and back and forth negotiations are not my thing. Thanks to Lou Syring, we had a great experience! No pressure, never tried to talk me into something I did not want, and worked HARD to meet my budget. He even found a $1000 discount through my Sam's Club membership!

Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
I was completely satisfied with working with Kirk Johnson in buying a 2019 Ford Fusion.. He was able to get the best deal on the trade in on my 2013 Fusion and the the most discounts on my new car.. Kurt was also very helpful in getting the leather interior that I wanted instead of the light putty interior that the car came with. Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!
Garry Parmelee "paceman" took great care of us. I really liked that he wasn't salesmanny at all, I have an adversity to salespeople, I feel like I can't think cause they're trying to manipulate me into buying things I'm not sure I actually want. I told Garry the cars I was interested in, he gave me the keys and let me and my husband go and check them out without him hovering over us. On top of that I bought a color I ended up having last minute regrets about, I even drove the car home but I called him and begged him to let me come swap for the other color I was looking and and I can't even believe it but he let me. Haha, my poor husband and Garry having to deal with me, but hey I got what I wanted
New or used, I absolutely detest the process of buying a car. It has been my experience that the sales guy always has to "let me check with my manager and see if I can get you a better deal" and the fiance guy always tries to pressure you into purchasing high mark-up extras (extended warranty, paint sealant, window etching, etc.) even if you are paying cash. Not so at this Hertz sales location. I found myself in a very tight time-crunch to buy a "commuter car" for a new job that I would be starting shortly and I simply didn't have time for the usual car sales nonsense. Chris (sales) was great. He was very responsive to all of my questions and very knowledge about his inventory. And Nathan (finance) was also great. He completed the seemingly endless stream of paperwork in a very efficient manner and without any excessive pressure about add-ons. Although this was the first time that I have ever purchased a former rental car, I would do so again. At least I would if it was from this Hertz sales location and if it meant dealing with Chris and Nathan.
They had a printed spread sheet of every car in their inventory with year, make, model, color, mileage, and price which saved time. Compared to other dealers having to log into computers or walk their entire lots. Sales rep Belle V. and Manager Brad were true professionals, very welcoming, answered all our questions and never rushed the process. We also received full vehicle history without asking for it. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase.
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
We have been Ford owners forever but traded her in for a new Nissan Titan XD. We are thrilled with our new truck! Inside and out... we consider it an upgrade from our Ford truck!! Thank you Travis Miller for your patience and expertise with us throughout the choosing and buying process!
KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS NOT BUYING MY CAR FROM VARA CHEVROLET. IM SURE I WOULD OF BEEN IN GREAT HANDS IF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ROCK!!!!
