Normally when you see a $7,000-8,000 less than MSRP sales price on an "AD" you start to wonder what's the catch. I'm thinking that this might just be a sales plea to attract customers to come down to the dealership and raise up the price or say that "the car was sold, but take a look at this other car that is more expensive", which you would normally see in at least a third of dealerships out there. Being curious on what the catch was, I took the risk of driving 2 hours to check this deal out with my wife(4 hours round trip). Even though I drove all this way to check out a 370z Nismo that was roughly $8,000 under MSRP, I walked in the dealership door with a mindset of walking away if the deal/ price was not as stated online. Was I wrong to assume there was a catch, I was even able to lower the price with a manufacturer rebate. Needless to say that I am now a proud owner of a 370z Nismo. Overall: The staff was friendly; Jeff was able to contact me and provide me good enough details for me to be willing to drive far, and Vince made dealing with Finance a less excruciating process that it usually is. The dealership deals/ prices are one of the most honest and straightforward I have ever dealt with. (This is my fourth vehicle of a dealership and I have family that are auto brokers; I know the tug and pull experience between consumers and dealership). Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a new Nissan.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.

This was s much better experience. The vehicle was in very good shape, even though it was used. If it's not a high quality trade in, they auction it off and you can buy it at one of those 'other' places.

On 09/01/18 i arrived to purchase a new vehicle. Pete met me as soon as i exited my car. Went for a test drive,back to his office and dealership accepted my first offer! Ive been buying new cars for 40+ years and this has never happened before. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and explained all in detail. He's the best! Completely went above and beyond. Kept an eye out for a specific set of criteria of the vehicle we were in search of. Scott Davenport found it, immediately text a link of the vehicle info, and he and finance staff stayed over an hour past closing to help us get exactly what we needed to get done! Their help and service is Unheard of in the car dealer world. I'm young and I've made mistakes, but God promises that he who has faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains (Matthew 17:20). I was apprehensive, at first, but when I made the decision to purchase a new Nissan, I chose to drive the 2+ hours to Cookeville to do business. When I got there, I was greeted warmly and was seated at a desk that had a sign saying "we move mountains." Immediately, I felt like I was making the right decision. Jeff Cummings was my sales person. He and I had communicated via email and phone tag for a few weeks prior to my visit. He was phenomenal. He closed the deal and even followed up after to ask of both my experience with him and with the car that I now own. They moved mountains. I had the faith. We did it.
We went got a car from Drive Time in Antioch in November. At the time we needed it and had no choice! We was pay $472.02 a month for an 08 Accord with 118,000 miles and over $17,000 left on it after a year! We had been told by every dealership major and minor they could not help us that we was too turned over in this car! After praying on it, I knew I had to go to Nissan then Tim Hewitt referred me to Derryck Russell! I met him the next day after discussing our situation! Most places will say I can definitely help you to get you in, but he actually did! Tomorrow we are getting a 2014 Buick Verano with 30,000 miles on a payment almost half what we was paying! Not only did he get up in a car that had ALL of our needs, wants, and more with a good payment, but he also helped us in making sure that the previous vehicle wouldn't have a big impact on our credit score which means everything when you're rebuilding! This man was not a salesman! He was one caring and helpful person helping another genuinely not looking for self gratification, but to actually make our overall lives better! He listened and took care of us during every step! I very highly recommend him and the dealership who was also very friendly to my children while there! Best car buying experience yet!

For the price paid there's more car than there usually found in this size class. The back seat is extremely huge, and can fit a 6 foot person with generous legroom. Sure, it leaves a little to be desired in terms of get up and go, but this is by all accounts a very fine and well built sub compact that gets the job done and exceeds expectations.
As a result of purchasing a bad used car just 10 months prior, my husband and I found ourselves in need of a replacement. To say we were less than thrilled about the whole car buying experience for the second time in ten months would be an understatement. We drove over three hours to look at a Murano at Nissan of Cookeville. We communicated with Kenton and Micah for a week prior to our visit. We test drove in the rain and our every request was accomodated! Kenton (and everyone we encountered at NoC) was considerate and pleasant to deal with. Kenton was honest and upfront, courteous and kind. The experience was exactly what it should???ve been ??? enjoyable and fun! When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, no matter where I???m located, I???ll make the drive to Cookeville! Thank you, Kenton, for helping us find our Murano and for making our car buying experience a pleasure!

The vehicle may seem small but when you're driving it it has more room inside the most Hondas and other small cars lots of storage space, you can feel the quality of the car when you drive it it is not cheaply made, very tight steering and control
I saw a Nissan Rogue advertised on the internet and traveled to Nissan of Cookeville, where Mr. Dewayne McCormick greeted us with a smile at the door. He showed us the Rogue and also gave me a test drive. The Rogue was nice but was really just not for me. As we were leaving Dewayne, introduced us to his manager, who was quite nice also. Even though they never pressured us at all we chatted and they found out exactly what type of vehicle I had in mind. It turned out to be a really nice, Ford 2017 Escape with only 3300 miles on it, I might add, that it is in perfect shape and I love it. We cut a deal and I am thrilled with it. Dewayne answered all my questions, and there were a lot of them. He showed me all the bells and whistles, he has a lot patience, I would definitely by another car there. He deserves five stars. I would also like to mention Stephanie Boles in Finance, she is super sweet and very professional and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help anyway she can in financing. Thank You All.
