Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Lots of room compared to a sedan. Very reliable and dependable. Navigation system is a lifesaver. Easy on gas. Very quite vehical with a lot of power.

This is the second Nissan Versa I’ve owned and I love it. I love the style of the hatchback. It’s like a super mom car without the bulk of a van. It’s great on gas, I drive a lot with work and taking my boys out so gas mileage is awesome. Haven’t had any mechanical issues. Very reliable.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from the Dan Cummins dealership and felt we received a good vehicle for a fair price. Their finance people were able to get us a good interest rate on our loan with favorable terms that worked for us. Moving forward in time 6 months after our purchase, we experienced a front end problem. It turned out that a wheel bearing had locked up and fortunately the extended warranty that we purchased covered the cost of the repair, minus the deductible. Further, in analyzing this problem, it was observed that the brake pads were beyond the limits and the service manager agreed that the pads should have probably been replaced prior to our purchase, as we had put only 6000 miles on the vehicle in the 6 months that we had owned it. The service manager, along with our sales manager, decided that the right thing to do was to replace the front brake pads and rotors at no cost to us. They went one step further. The rear brake pads were not beyond the wear limits but were very close, so they replaced the rear pads also. We were very pleasantly surprised as we felt we would be in for a battle to convince someone that we should not be responsible for this issue. Instead, the people at Dan Cummins went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our issue was resolved. They have won my business and I have told all my friends to visit the Dan Cummins website when looking for a vehicle to purchase.

Although this vehicle is almost a good value, it is reliable, gets great fuel mileage, performance not bad, but could be better. However I consider this vehicle very unsafe and would not recommend it for children whether passengers or considering this their first vehicle. Speeds above 50mph car is blown all over the road because it’s to light, especially on windy days or around big rigs, you can’t stay behind them any length of time. Fuel tank is too small. Can only travel about 280-300 miles. Body is flimsily made, dents & scratches very easily. Paid $18,000 for this, can’t even play music through Bluetooth. Would have been better priced at 10,000.

Went in to find a smalller truck Zach filled out all my paperwork real easy , Then RJ the owner test drove my trade gave me a super price for it even got great financing with SCTELCO CREDIT UNION. Matthew did all my paper work and in 1 hr the bank called me approved , even with bad credit from my past ! Went to start scouting vehicles before our lease ends, and had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and unobtrusive. Exceeded our expectations. Surprisingly roomy. Nice ride and quiet on the highway plus superb gas mileage. Very well-equipped including back up camera. Really good value!

I would like to say I was wrong about this company due to what I heard. Therefore, I wil say this don't misinterpret branded title. These are good quality vehicles. In some states it's not required to place branded title on cars that are manfacture buyback which they specialize in. From my understanding it may be that the customer demanding another car because of something minor which they do repair. So don't think you are getting a bad or salvage car. They actually are really good cars

This is an excellent car in my opinion I have been driving it a little while now and it’s great in the interstate (the steering takes a little getting used to) and it’s excellent in town with great fuel economy. I even love the sound system!

After several failed attempts to self identify vehicle issues, Chris was able to identify said issues in a manner that was timely and professional. My repairs were minor. Having visited this location before, Chris was able to reduce a previous quote by 35% which saved me $2,500.00. Considering the holidays, I am grateful for the service.

The car was a great value and form a reputable brand with a good warranty. What allowed be to make my purchase with confidence. Really only complaint about the vehicle would be the lack of features such as automatic windows and locks.

Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.

I have a SV and it is good on gas , the only thing i wish it had was a arm rest console and the back to be a little larger . Overall it is a good car and my car payments are under 400 and it gets me from point A to B , can't really complain

Had and issue with my stereo. Made an appointment and took it in to have it looked at. My service rep was Justin Reed. He was very great right from the start. I purchased a Ford Fiesta hatchback from Peoria Ford and my last visit was not so pleasant, so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Justin took good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. The waiting facilities were also good. The only criticism I have about that is they should sync their big screens so there isn't multiple audio signals. Too much to try and listen to. Luckily I brought my iPad and they have free wifi. Very pleasant experience all around mostly thanks to Justin. Thanx guys.

This car is super reliable and efficient! I mainly drive it to and from work, but also to transport my children. Although it's a smaller car, it has plenty of room. I love that it gets excellent gas mileage!
