Our 2018 Outback is three weeks old today...and we couldn't be happier with the car, the experience of buying it and the support we have received...we met Randy Higham on a Saturday afternoon, he gave us the info we were there to ask about and he emailed us that night with quotes for both models we were looking at; after calling several other dealers, we realized we had hit the jackpot on price and local help in our own county.. .Randy never pressured us in any way, was available to meet out schedule and by Wednesday at noon, we had signed all the proper paperwork. Claire spent time with me that day to show me how the important things worked; she did it in a very easy and comfortable manner and I drove off in my gorgeous new vehicle! It rides great and the seats are comfy. At 44k miles shift mode doesn't work $660+tax, fuel gauge works improperly $130'ish for sending unit. Great cab space.
I bought my 2015 Murano new from Future Nissan , and even though I live 2 hours away, have had every service there. Because they care! My experience with buying my new vehicle was so positive, that I decided to continue using this dealership for all my service needs. For almost 3 years I have experienced their service, when they have been crazy busy, slow , or through renovation. Every visit I have been pleased with how I am treated. I have been asked if I need help while I wait from numerous employees that are willing to answer any questions I have;from how to make a cappuccino to where the restrooms are. To keep this real, there has only been one person I have been unhappy with in all this time....my positives have far outweighed that one encounter. I want everyone to know that I am quickly greeted as I drive up, taken inside to my service representative (my favorite Glen Weller) where they check my account ,answer my questions, and suggest my best service. Glen personally remembers me , and inquires about family; as other employees have recognized me as I have waited. It is this connection that has made me trust Future Nissan and made a loyal customer.

Leased a 2016 Rogue S and for three years the car was flawless. When we turned in the lease, we immediately purchased a 2019 SV model. The lease was a great way to check out whether we liked a car long term.
Color is Monarch orange which really stands out in a parking lot of white, black and silver SUVs. Everyone comments on how the nice the color is.
This particular one was made in Japan. Couldn't find any imperfection.
I came in with my 2015 Altima for maintanence. I decided I wanted a new vehicle before my warranty was up(I???m spoiled). As I was browsing I was met by Marcus Correa. He is super nice and down to earth. Marcus didn???t try to sell me things I did not want. I felt Jay and Marcus made this sale happen even when I was unsure if it would. They were flexible and listened to my need and wants. Exceptional customer service!! After the sales team helped me out, I met Dustin Leroy. Okay at this point my husband was mad that I was getting a car(lol) Dustin and my husband found common ground and really got along well. He saved me from hearing my husband complain about me spending money. Again I felt like Dustin listened to me and really help. Thanks guys! First, we had given up on Roseville Honda because of many negative experiences. However, our Accord air conditioner started acting up and we have a heat wave this week. Auburn couldn't take us so I called Honda Roseville. We got a friendly prompt appointment on the phone for yesterday, same day! We arrived early and the gentleman who came out to get us in line and set us up was a really nice guy (forgot his name). We were assigned to Randy who had NO ATTITUDE, just took real good care of us and was also really nice/friendly/professional. While we were waiting we took the opportunity to start the conversation about a possible upgrade to our 2004 (get some info, etc). Gabe took us on a test drive, sat with us, gave us information, answered our questions like a human relating to other humans (none of the wait here while so & so comes to talk to you - ultimately starting over with about 3 or 4 different people who come back instead of the one we were previously talking with, wondering what the heck is going on and wasting our time). We will follow up with him. Back to Randy to get our car. He was terrific/great energy right to the end - sense of humor, smile, authentically interested in making sure we got well taken care of along with the car. Everything transparent/explained. We even got an unexpected car wash! The air conditioner is better than new. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A COMPLETE 180 AND A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ROSEVILLE HONDA! Hope you keep this quality going. (Regards questions below, we had previously not recommended you, and we did purchase a used Accord there , but several years ago)

In the last 5 years we have purchased 2 now 3 cars, this has been the best experience. Max was very informative about the truck we test drove and even knew about all the extras. He took the time to show us how most of them worked too.(that's a first) He also did whatever ya do to get the phones blue tooth to hook up. We had to take our last car to Verizon to do that...(yes we are older and don't know how to do much ) Max was so helpful. Overall we appreciate how honest he was in finding answers to questions he didn't know the answer, His personality and humor, he kept us laughing and that's an A+ for us!

This car continually gets good gas mileage. We have taken it on at least one long trip and have used it under different conditions from city, interstate, country and mountain driving. It has done well in each different enviornment.
Just purchased my new nissan . I have to say as soon as I test drove it I loved it! It is very comfortable and smooth. Visibility is great and seems really good on gas. It has everything I need and more! Love it

I really love this little red car. It’s great how the controls are on the steering wheel and anything I need is within reach is plenty of room in the back for bags and packages and plenty of legroom for everyone I love this car.
Great Customer Service! I really felt like the staff was there to help me get out of my situation not sell me for their benefit ( I was upside down making payments on my Chevy Cruz) UNTIL I went to Niello. I left the lot that day VERY excited with me brand new Tiguan. It runs great! very clean facility, awesome staff, fast service, very helpful. Definitely no complaints at all.

This car has a relatively plenty room for passengers and easy to charge. Color and design are pretty cute. Standard options are pretty good, especially for the heated handle.

I bought my Nissan rogue sport from Downey Nissan. They gave me an awesome deal. Exactly the car I wanted. This has to be my favorite car I've ever owned. These Rogue sports are really fun to drive. Great acceleration and steering. Its a really quick and nimble car.
I did not end up buying a car here but I did contact them and schedule a test drive. They are not local so I was going to make the drive to see one of their trucks. They were prompt and helpful in returning my call and scheduling an appointment. When a truck showed up closer to home I cancelled the test drive and they were not pushy and very kind about me cancelling. The entire experience was very low pressure and no hassle

Car meets my expectations. The interior is fine however the rear camera is not fully operational. It's a manual six speed and drives and handles well.

I’ve always had Toyotas , but the new Tacoma engine and transmission seemed weak and not very powerful, always hunting for gears. I bought my 2019 Frontier Pro 4x from Jim Johnson Nissan in Bowling Green, Ky...and so far am very pleased. The seats could be more comfortable on a road trip but other than that, it’s been just what I wanted in a mid size. Gas mileage is around 19 combined. Plenty of power and fun to drive.
