Overall I had a positive experience with everyone at the dealership. The folks there at the dealership got me my 911T allocation when I decided I wanted to pick my options. There was no additional dealer mark-up, but no discount due to finding an allocation and custom ordering. Dealership made good on all agreements. Brandon Barnes was my go to guy. He sealed the deal on a test drive with him. He assisted me through the ordering process and up to delivery. Sent me periodic production updates when I requested them. He arranged shipment to my detailer and was a consummate PRO all the way. Many thanks go out to him. Eddie Park guided me through my protective options like Tire & Wheel Insurance, Lo-Jack etc.. Another pleasant guy to deal with. Again very professional. I cannot attest to the quality of work done at the dealership due to I requested the vehicle be left unprepared so I could deliver unmarred to my detailer for a Full PPF and Modesta treatment. I was overwhelmed with the kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge, experience and genuine demeanor of all of the staff I interacted w/when I purchased a Macan yesterday, Stephen Grossman runs a 1st class dealership. Emily Friedman was the most knowledgeable, upbeat ???can do anything your heart desires??? sales professional I have ever encountered. Eddie Park Bus. Mgr/finance was extremely seasoned & creative in getting my financing approved when we encountered a problem. His great personality, professionalism & ability to defuse a situation that was tense; was so impressive! Emily continued to oversee the process & kept checking back to ensure I was comfortable. She coordinated & followed through by making sure my car was detailed & arranged some training before I drove my car home. She also introduced me to Megan Wall the Service. Mgr. & Olvia Racz; as well as Alan Melnick (brand ambassador) & explained how they were on the team to assist. Tomorrow I have a follow up mtg. w/Emily for some additional training. Purchased a 2014 4S found online. I initially worked with a salesman that clearly only cared about his commission. Mike Ciano had the nerve, the gall, and stupidity to say that he HAD to have & 5K from me to hold the car I wanted because my plane could crash. Was Mr. Cibano trained in the DPRK? Please note that I was told this after I spoke to him on several occasions, sent someone to scout the car for me, and made plans to travel 600 miles. Even though I had purchased an airline ticket to buy the car in the next 12 hours, Mike wanted to make sure he got his commission even if I died in a plane crash. After I arrived at Braman the next morning, I informed Mo about my dealings with Mr. Ciano. He apologized and allowed me to work with Brandon Barnes who was fantastic. Brandon was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and at no time did I feel as if I was being pressured. He was able to completely rectify a bad experience to one that was positive as it should be when you're buying a super premium car. Truly, without Brandon, I would not have purchased from you. Mr. Ciano is a disgrace to the fine brand that Porsche has developed. His callousness and obvious contempt for anything but self-enrichment is a blemish to Porsche. I dropped by to see if I could purchase a 911 turbo - the salesman told me I was no longer available. He was extremely polite so we decided to see if my wife could find an SUV for herself. The salesman was very attentive and in no time turned up with the perfect car - the car was so correct we were astonished they had it. We were not ready to buy her car at the moment because we were looking for a 911 turbo for me. The salesman politely offered us a lease agreement and we went home to consider it. There was no pressure to purchase anything except he did ask us if we wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and we said no. We returned the next day to see if a trade could be added to the deal and once again they were ready to accommodate us in any way. Then the salesman found out that the original 911 turbo we wanted had not been sold and he, at my request started to put together a deal on that car for us - once again we could not agree on the terms because now we were considering both cars. It may take a few more negotiations to accomplish this deal, but I believe it may happen. Whether or not we buy the cars is not what I want to emphasize here. What I want to emphasize is the calm, patient and professional way they conduct themselves at that dealership. This has made us return and try to close this deal several times. We do have two other deals from other dealerships that we can easily close for the 911 turbo, but not on the Cayenne and the turbo is our priority. However, the thing is that we want to buy these cars from then, because dealing with them has made us realize we can trust them. Which of you really can say that about a dealership today. I recommend that if you want to buy a car, you should consider buying it from them. Marcos, our salesman and all of the employees in the dealership appear to really want to help us until we are satisfied. Just one more note: I am not easy to deal with when I am doing business and it does not matter to them at all. They just want to make the deal work for me and make sure we are happy with it. I now believe that selling us a car is secondary to them than making sure we are satisfied customers.

Recently i had a lease end with bmw. I needed to get into a new car fast but with horrible credit. I went to another couple of dealerships where they could not get me a car I wanted. They also tried a bunch of tricks to get me into a car that was in poor shape at a higher cost. Not sure why I didn't go back to Alec Friedman immediately. He got me approved at a much better rate , less money down and a car that was not my first choice but I am in love with now. I have now purchased/leased 4 or 5 cars from Alec and it is always a pleasant experience. I also bought 2 audi's from him and he works for Porsche. He knew more about the Audi than other audi reps. His knowledge of cars is exceptional. Thanks again Alec.

I had bought my Audi in Coral Springs as I was referred to someone there a couple of years ago. I always had good experiences there. On Saturday night last week, my car's battery died on me and I had to jump it on Sunday morning to get it started. I showed up at WPB Audi at 11am when they opened and met with Jennifer (Service Advisor) who greeted me with a big smile and how can we help you. I though I was going to have to leave my car and uber home and was offered the opportunity to wait for my car which I was incredibly happy about. Jennifer also offered me a complimentary car wash which I thought was great. Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Dressed well, big smile, upbeat, kept me in the loop as things were going through the process with my car and couldn't have done a better job. No idea how long she's been working at WPB Audi, but I could see her moving up the ranks quickly. Great experience!!! Now having visited with WPM Audi, I will certainly go there when buying my next car which could be another Audi. Place was beautiful and people there were very nice and professional.

Definitely everything it is supposed to be and handles winter without hesitation. Also owned an MDX and used to think that was the best winter vehicle I had driven but not true anymore.

The new 2019 base Cayenne is an enormous improvement over the last model. I’ve been driving a 2012 Cayenne and took the dive on the new design. The engine is waaaaay more powerful with the added turbo- drives like a totally different vehicle. Much smoother ride as well. The tech is also a huge upgrade. The last model always sounded like it was working too hard to climb up into the mountains where I live but this car sails.

While I cannot change the past, now I want to imagine that I have always driven a Porsche or at least Cayenne from the time it was launched. Cayenne looks awesome and drives smoother than a knife cutting through butter. Extremely comfortable to drive short or long distance with lots of comfort options.

Firstly it is easy to sell a great product, and the SQ5 is the best SUV in production. I???m almost 60 years old and have bought or leased over 50 cars, so I have a lot of experience to compare Anthony and his team with other sales/service professionals in the automobile space.,. In every way possible Anthony and his team were by far the most professional. Every last detail from the small ( opening the door for me ) to the large ( his over all knowledge of the automobile industry to his knowledge of the SQ5 ) made this the best and most enjoyable time I have ever had getting a car. In short Anthony is quite simply the best person I have ever dealt with in my 43 years of buying cars. I???ll be recommending Audi to everyone I know. Thank you Anthony!!!

I love the way car handles the road. Handles turns really well and it grips the road well.I love the interior look of the 2018 cayenne. So glad it is not too electronic like some of the other cars.

This car is a top notch SUV. It handles superb; in SPORT mode - OMG, it goes so fast; the big sunroof - could drive it all day; 💜 it.

Good looking and I purchased the dark green which is rarely seen except for special paint and while its expensive it is beautiful and I've never had any problems. I've rent other cars and I've had a 911 S and Macan and no other brand has lived up to it for comfort.

Extremely responsive and efficient. Four days from initial call to the car arriving at my home (~800mi from dealership). Salesman was a pleasure to work with.

Of all the current 2019 & 2020 SUV’s the cayenne has integrated the “glass” cockpit the best into the dash and driver functionality. Distant pacing crise is outstanding and the sport mode utilizing the paddle shifters provides great performance. 95MPH in this vehicle feels like 55.

Best car ever!!! Formerly a Lexus owner but I won't be going back to Lexus anytime soon. However my wife still drives Lexus!! She may switch over soon after driving my car!!
