Excellent service for a first time Porsche buyer

Porsche Nashua was a delight to work with. The Salesperson, James Giniewicz, that worked with me was great. James gave me total respect and attention. It did not matter that I was not a high-profile Porsche customer like those that buy multiple cars per year or are regularly trading-in and buying the latest models; even as a firat-time customer, I received VIP treatment and service. On one of my visits, when I visited the dealership with a ton of questions, James handled the majority of questions and Jim Horgos, was very insightful in his assistance with my bombardment of questions. Even at the Finance stage, Porsche Nashua excelled in service, the Finance manager I worked with Steve Glassman, was very patient in helping me understand where every penny of my purchase was going. Although this was my first new Porsche purchase, I have purchased a handful of new vehicles in the past, and working with James and Porsche Nashua was by far my best new car shopping/buying/ordering experience. I spent the entire month of January 2018 trying to find an allocation that would get me a vehicle built and received before the start of the Summer 2018. In my search, I had two dealerships hunting for an allocation for me, until James became the third, and secured an "Early April" Build allocation for me in less than a week's time. James called me with the good news, and informed the vehicle would be locking immediately. I made my down-payment and drove my vehicle home exactly 60 days later (3 weeks earlier than the initial expected vehicle delivery time), and nine days before my Cinco de Mayo birthday celebration. I've never been more satisfied with any purchase.
