Check engine light kept coming on. Took it in and it required a replacement of one of the cylinder heads. I knew it would be in the shop for awhile. Dealership put me in a loaner for two weeks so I was in no hurry to get my Rubicon back. I was happy when I did get it back though, and It ran better than before. Good job to the service department. All the work was covered by the warranty. Very pleased.
From the time I drove on the lot Josh (salesman), Rita (Finance Mgr.) and Tony (owner), I felt like part of the family of Autoplex. The vehicle I found fits my needs with only minor adjustments on my part from my previous vehicle of 15+ years. A great first and now lasting impression of the family at Autoplex. There were so many common threads in our lives that we found after lengthy conversations. I also checked with different businesses around town who new Tony and heard nothing but positive comments. Naturally not everyone will have the positive experience I had however, most probably will. Like everything else in life, it will depend on the individual. I would highly recommend Autoplex as a first or even a last stop as I did if your looking for a used vehicle.
This was by far the best buying experience I have ever witnessed. Cortez Chester was courteous and just a really nice person. Didn't try to pressure us with a lot of sales talk, but simply told us what we needed to know about the car. Very satisfied.
I went there looking to trade my 2006 KIA Sedona minivan in for a newer model. Sisk had a 2012 Used Chrysler Town and Country I liked. I almost purchased it when my wife text me that another dealer we visited the day before came down in price on a 2012 KIA minivan we looked at. Tough choice, but i followed my wife's decision and we are happy.
When we pulled up at lot, we were helped. The salesman got some info from us. He called us later when he said he would. The experience at the dealership was excellent. Everyone we spoke with were very professional! Would def recommend friends to go here!!

The team at Direct Auto of Tennessee worked patiently with me through multiple test drives on multiple trucks for nearly 2 weeks.
