This place is the best! I absolutely loved Tommy the car guy, and Mark the director. The whole staff is nice and laid back. Tommy and Mark will make you feel so comfortable with getting your car. Usually going to dealerships suck..but these guys made the experience fun. They truly treated me like I was family. No hassle, no scams and crap to guess at. They take care of you and won't bug you about nonsense. They have the best deals and only one dealer fee, super important. As others have hidden costs . They tell you everything you need to know and it's honest. If you need anything else to the car they help you with that too. I wanted a backup camera installed and they got me the best price for after market. Mark made everything happen and Tommy is an honest salesman. He lets you think and works with you. He's the reason I stayed , I could have gone anywhere. Then with Mark helping me decide on prices and taking the pressure off was great. I was very nervous to get into another loan and Igor was so helpful, so informative and available to me for whatever was needed. Mark Metivier (Director) and my salesman Mo put together a deal that was one in a million. We bought a pre-owned GMC Yukon with some miles and traded in a 2011 Mercedes and a 2016 Camry and as you would expect took a hit on them but they gave us a great deal on the Yukon and with tax credit and overall service level factored in we are VERY happy with the deal. Mark navigated every issue with the vehicles involved and was a great and quick communicator. Moe supported the sale the entire way but Mark was the real star. As long as Sheehan retains employees like Mark and Moe you should expect great overall service and a fair price that has no hidden cost. 100% HAPPY and LOVE our Yukon!
I am an out of state buyer and flew almost 1000 miles from TN to pick up a vehicle. It took a little more time and there was some slight confusion with the salesman, but the manager, Dana Fishbein, went above and beyond to make the deal right. Because of the confusion, he reduced the price of the vehicle and even reimbursed me for my travel. Overall I was treated very fairly and was very happy with the transaction. I will do business with them again.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
