I wanted to purchase a new car for my our 36 year anniversary, and wanted it a surprise for my wife! I filled out the pre-qualification form on line, and after being qualified, a sales rep called within a an hour. I explained to Victor what my plans were regarding the surprise gift for my wife. the conversation lasted about 10 mins regarding what vehicle I wanted to purchase, and a car I wanted to trade in as well. that afternoon, Victor called and said i had been approved for the loan and trade in. The initial price of the new car; how much I would get for my trade in, and the monthly car payment! The following day, I met Victor, who was busy with another customer, and introduced my to PJ, who would assist me in purchasing the new car. As everyone knows, prices are negotiable, and I was ready to do battle, assuming it would be a back and forth ordeal with price of car and trade in value. once I test drove the car, PJ and I sat down and I was ready to get the best deal possible for the new car and my trade in then originally quoted by Victor. I told PJ what I wanted in price for both, and he took that information to discuss with his boss. To my surprise and within about 5 minutes, PJ and his boss returned and excepted my offer without hesitation, and my monthly car payment by 100 dollars! The next step was signing the paperwork. I thought this would also take a long time. However, it took 15 minutes to complete, and the car was mine! The folks at Reno Dodge were very professional, kind and caring, and the whole experience was HASSLE FREE!
