I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.

Louie, and the rest of this staff made me feel comfortable rom beginning to end, purchasing my truck. They were fair with my trade, and were able to keep me with my local Credit Union. Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite. I was able to purchase the truck I've been looking for. I was in my ruck the same day.

We were able to value our trade, select the vehicle we wanted and start the buying process without entering the dealership as we live over an hour away. Once at the dealership we were able to finalize all paperwork and drive our new truck home shortly after arrival.

This is a great all-around truck that blends luxury features with a solid truck. With coil suspension on all wheels, it makes for a very soft and comfortable ride, while being able to tow anything you can throw it's way.

After my Father was told he could no longer drive, I went to Bald Hill and spoke to Josh Grilo. The man went above and beyond helping my Father and I selling his 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie BigHorn edition Truck to the dealership. Love my truck, interior and exterior. Would not give up the suspension, and comfortable ride. Yes with gas prices now it does take more $$ to fill up but it's still a better ride than any other car I have owned.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I?ve ever had, in every way. I cannot overstate how respectful everyone was. I was treated fairly and it truly felt like more than a purchase- it was the beginning of a professional relationship. All of my questions were answered perfectly and I could tell the sales person really wanted me to fully understand the cars features. I never felt that because I am a woman that I was being treated differently too, which was my primary concern. All in all I will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go here.
