Since the 1980's I owned all Ford products. 1 time I bought a Nissan Maxima ST, loaded, and hated it from the moment I got it home. Within 2 years I traded it for a loaded Lincoln MKS. That was the only time I stepped out of the Ford Line. The wife was looking at new Explorers, but the sales rep, and managers tried pulling some crap on us so she decided to step out of the Ford brand and found a Charger Daytona dressed out exactly the way she wanted it, and it was at Olathe Dodge. Living in Springfield, IL., we refuse to buy vehicles from around here because they like to treat people like they're stupid. I bought five of my last seven cars up in Chicago, but the like cars we found up there had a lot of stuff my wife didn't want, so she didn't want to pay 2-5 thousand more for them, plus Olathe had the best price offers. I started emailing with Karl Peterson. I ask a lot of questions, and he came back with the answers. He was treating me like I lived down the street, which I really appreciated, because I know I'm just in internet land (at that point) so I really appreciated it because he really did a great job. I eventually phoned to show true intention. We talked and set details. I'm trying not to go into great details, but he knew we were driving five hours and he really accommodated us and our situation. The only disappointment was waiting for the business office to close the deal, but they were busy. During my experience the managers didn't interfere with the sales reps, and I believe it shows that they trust their reps, but I think I would've liked if one of them came down and thanked and congratulated us, but that's a minor detail. Bottom Line, Well worth the drive, and now I'm looking at switching to a Dodge, Karl is out there - in a great way. I couldn't wait to get to KC area to meet him, LOL. The car is fabulous, the Wife is beyond HAPPY (So my life is great, ha ha), everything went as promised. There is no need to worry if you travel a distance, because they are true to their word. I have dealt with dealers who know you're driving a distance and will try to flip things and take advantage. I was a little concerned about that, but NO NEED. After many hours searching for a regular cab, short box truck with minimal rust and mileage that was in my price range I found it at Woody's. Being 715 miles away made it a daunting task but Scoop and the Sarah's in F&I made it an easy, pleasant and rewarding experience! Scoop was very accommodating in getting it to a local mechanic (Jerry) who gave me a great deal on a very thorough inspection so I knew exactly what I was getting once it arrived. The paperwork was managed well by the dealership and the whole thing went off without a hitch and I was truly "wowed" by the experience! Thank you all!

Thinking of buying a Jeep (or any Chrysler/Dodge)? I highly recommend you go to Covert and ask for Albert. Albert is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have every worked with. I buy cars on a regular basis so I get to experience a large range of sales people. First off, he knows his product inside and out - and this is important. Let's be honest, car sales is a high turnover business and sales guys don't spend a long time in one place to learn enough. Not Albert - he takes his job and product seriously. He knows the ins and outs of the car and the various models and features. Second, Albert is a no-pressure sales guy. His primary objective was to make sure I got what I wanted. I started talking to Albert in January of 2018 about the new JL after I saw it at CES. I finally bought one last week (September). So Albert stuck with me for 9 months - we spoke on a regular basis and he was patient and never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. Kudos to Albert and Covert for First class car sales. This is the way it should be. This is my second car from Covert and first one with Albert. I'm 100% sure that I will go back there for my next car and will want to work with Albert.

Great service! My husband and I drove over 5 hours recently to come look at a 2016 GMC Sierra. We were not disappointed. We had a few requests that they were able to accommodate and work in the deal with us. They were respectful of our time and the process went very smoothly and quickly. I recently brought a used car from Eric Foret. He was a excellent sales person and understood both my wife's and my requirements in purchasing the car. He was very polite and did not pressure us in buying the car at he first visit. He understood that I needed to take it to my mechanic before we could discuss a price. Even after the trip to the mechanic, he did not pressure me in buying the car, since my wife was at work. I told him that my wife and I would return later in the evening to discuss the price. Imagine having the dreaded "Check Engine" light blinking at you when you're 200 miles from home. That's what happened with my 2010 Dodge Challenger Rallye SE. It was Sunday night when the dreaded light appeared. The following Monday morning, at 7 .A.M. I limped into Glenbrook Dodge in Fort Wayne without an appointment. The cheery technician asked if I have a warranty (I did) and said, "We'll have a look for you." NOT ONE HOUR LATER...the technician came back and said an EGR valve needed to be replaced (for a $100 deductible), but that the car was safe to drive around town until my next payday. He also suggested cleaning the fuel injectors and throttle-body, which didn't seem unreasonable at 51,000 miles. When I returned for service, the friendly staff serviced my car and had me on the road within 3 hours or so. I drove back to Chicago and...wait for it...got 31 M.P.G. highway from my well-maintained V-6 Challenger. I'd buy a car from them or ESPECIALLY go back for service in a heartbeat!

I engaged with a lady in waiting area about how I would love to obtain service on a Saturday. I was astonished to acquire the head mechanic Chris were her husband.Also displeased when she replied " He will never work on Saturdays." I get slightly frustrated with this issue .

This is at least the 3rd time I have gone to RTE 46 JEEP to lease yet another JEEP vehicle. This time I got a 2018 COMPASS after driving a JEEP CHEROKEE LIMITED for several years. Walter, in the Finance Dept., explained everything fully and had us in and out of his office in no time at all. I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4 from Premier Cape Cod. Right from the beginning, it was such an easy and pleasurable experience. My sales consultant was Mike Del Buono. I simply told him what I was looking for in a truck, and he delivered. At no time did I feel pressure of any kind. Mike's main concern was that I get the vehicle I wanted and that I would be pleased with the purchase.
