I’ve had 2 5th gen ram, a 2019 bighorn and now a 2021 limited. 2019 I had almost 50k miles w/ only having a flickering LED issue in the passenger upper glove box. My 2021, i have 38k miles on it and it’s been great. I do get some uneven tread wear and wheel vibration, even after alignment but I’m kind of used to it now. But always feel like it’s very well made and reliable.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. Within 24 hours I received an email response and a telephone call from the dealership, informing me that the car was available. I set an appointment with Tania and visited the dealership, where Tania met me and showed all of the appropriate paperwork on the 2006 Cadillac DTS. After a lengthy and very detailed conversation about the vehicle's history, I inspected the vehicle and took a test drive. Upon my return to facility, Tania ran the paperwork and the matching Carfax Report (which matched my Carfax Report), and we settled on the "as-is" wholesale price. Because I had a few questions regarding the vehicle history, the dealership also included a warranty at no additional cost. We signed the paperwork and I accepted delivery of the vehicle the following morning.
