I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

The service department staffs are very professional and knowledgeable folks. Their professionalism make the stressful process of repairs stress free . I was really worried about my commute to and from home to drop my car for the service needed, but to my surprise they provided me with shuttle services. Dropped me at my home from the dealership and picked me up from my home after my car was ready for pick up. Thanks to Bill, service department manager who provided me rides to my home and back to the dealership.

Warlock trim turns heads. Nice comfortable ride, love the sound of the exhaust. Lots of standard features on this trim. Handles Canadian winters with ease.

My nephew bought a new ram in 2017 and loves it. Two neighbors and my best friend own rams and all love them. I previously owned Ford trucks and while satisfied with them I thought I'd look at the rams. Bought a 2019 ram 1500 classic with 5.7 hemi over a year ago and now have almost 10,000 miles. So far I have had no problems whatsoever. I cant even find anything to nitpick.

This is not the same “your job is your credit” catchy jingle Eastern motors of many yesteryears ago that I would’ve never have bought a car from. Sorry Eastern but it was super shady back then. Moving to present, Eastern Automotive Group has done an excellent job, at least here in Frederick, MD, of not only revamping their model, but store, quality of staff, and most important the quality of vehicles. I love the set no haggling prices, free car fax up front, ability to purchase online if desired and more. Our salesman, Kwame, was very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful for whatever we needed. The manager, Mike, also went above and beyond to ensure my wife understood all and was satisfied with the purchase, even though the vehicle was for me. Smart man! I would definitely recommend this location to others and would return to purchase again when it’s time.

During my most recent visit to this company, I arrived early Friday afternoon with my left front tire off of the rim. It couldn't be repaired but a new one had to be ordered. The scheduled arrival was Monday. However, I was unable to drive my vehicle like this. So, I had the options to: either leave it at the dealership service dept over-the-weekend, purchase a tire at a nearby location, and/or rent a vehicle. Many of the area businesses closed around 12 noon. Thankfully, I found a place to buy a quality used tire to get me back on the road. Grayson and another associate were extremely professional, and courteous. They assisted me in finding somewhere that sold tires who were still operating. One of them even walked with me two businesses across from the dealership where an employee had a relative there. The experience was satisfactory!

Purchased used GMC truck. Price was fair but they gave me a 12 months 15,000 mile warranty as part of deal plus 1 year of oil changes which really sweetened the deal. Had one minor problem which they addressed quickly. So far very pleased with this company.

I got a reply within minutes to confirm is availability, scheduled a test drive and fell in love, the car was beautiful. I had the chance to talk to the finance team to make sure it fit my budget. Highly recommend these guys
