Initially We were disappointed and tired and almost gave up on buying a Nissan brand after visiting 4 dealers last week. They were Nissan dealers at Garden City, Westbury, Great Neck and Greenvale in Long Island, NY. We came home disappointed when the parent company Nissan of N. America called to ask how it was going. Told them all the unpleasant experiences we had been through. They apologized and hooked us up with Chantelle Thol of Legend Nissan in Syosset, NY. She was polite, honest and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. We knew what we wanted exactly and we locked in a price over the phone. Immediately rushed to Legend Nissan, took a test drive and paid deposit. They further lowered the price and next day we completed the paperwork and brought the car home. Chantelle Thol and her fellow colleagues Sam and Peter were very cooperative and friendly. The other dealers were obnoxiously rude. The Garden city guy named Nicholas would not even talk to us let alone give a price until we agreed for a test drive. He was very difficult to deal with. When we complained to his associate sales manager Scott who told us there were many dealers out there and refused. We were very shocked. At the Westbury dealer, the woman Dana spoke to us a day before for an hour and agreed on a price of $25,608 and made appt with us for the following day for noon but did not show up. Her mgr refused to work with us on the price she had quoted us because she did not leave any notes nor sent us any email. We ended up wasting our time with them as they increased the price for same pkg discussed to approx $26300. (Further disappointment came from Westbury Nissan when Dana sent a appt confirmation the next day for the following day and pretended not to know anything as her manager Laurence may have given her a piece of his mind). Then we visited Great Neck Dealer. They were just $18 more than Westbury and Wendy there had quoted over ph of $25626. In person we met her and Jalal. We agreed on a price although slightly higher but then the Gen'l manager interfered And disapproved because we were paying cash and not financing nor leasing the car. He increased the price by another $2000. How ridiculous!!! They too wasted our time. The Barron Nissan at Greenvale had called us that same morning since we had registered with truecar.com and had gotten the savings certificate. As we were almost out the door with an appt, The woman named Stephanie spoke to me for about 10 mins took our requirements and even after knowing I couldn't talk due to an appt she handed over the phone to a gentleman who started asking same questions all over again. Had to hang up. Stephanie called in the evening to see how she could help but when we told her we wished to pay cash she quoted a price of $31000 and informed that was after truecar.com savings. How ridiculous again !!! She insisted we visit them so we told her their price was too high and why would we want to visit or have anything to do with them with that inflated price. She got mad and hung up. Thanks to Jonathan of the parent company for hooking us up with Chantelle Thol of Legend Nissan. We got a great prep on the features of the car as well from Peter. Finally we have the Nissan Rogue SV Premium.

Super comfortable, tons of space even with the quad cab. No complaints from average sized back seat riders. 6'4" don't like long trips. V6 is plenty quick and the MPG are GREAT! Rides nicer than my Tundra and handles much smaller than it is. I can't say enough good things about this truck!! Beats the competition at their price and costs Thousands less!

For sometime now, i wanted a pick up truck for both pleasure and business use. Unlike a lot of other car shoppers, i would consider myself to be a very thorough shopper. I've leased so many vehicles in the past. I live over an hour away from Garden City Jeep and thanks to true car, i was able to reach out to a handful of Jeep/ Dodge dealership. I visited 3 of them before i ended up at Garden City!! From my initial encounter with Garden City, it was very professional. I was corresponding with Brittany via email before i scheduled an appointment. I knew of the promotions going on before i arrived. Upon my arrival, my salesman was Charlie Gonzalez. Hands down, from all my previous leases, Charlie's got to be one of my favorite salesman. The way he was dressed, his mannerism towards my mother and i was totally professional. He made sure our needs were known and met. Within the hour, i decided on the vehicle i wanted, test drove it & decided on the price. For some reason the store was very very busy, so i understood patience was needed. Charlie did his best to push everything through and kept us informed as to what's happening & the delay. He thanked us for our patience and cooperation. Within 4-5 hours, i was able to drive out the lot with the vehicle. Personally speaking, being in business for a decade & being a hustler, i got a steal from this dealership. I picked up a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 hemi 5.7L for literally chump change a month given my A+ credit score. Overall, as a consumer, i feel like i got a GREAT deal. To the other consumers rating this dealership or looking to go into this dealership, do your research, shop around, see what deals are there and then come to Garden City, ask for Charlie & be up front with him. Tell him what you want, what prices you've got from other dealerships and how Garden city can either match or beat the prices. Overall patience is needed, but with Charlie, you won't be disappointed. I hope to continue doing business with Garden city in the near future. Thanks again Charlie! Well deserved 5 star. 👍🏾

Buying a car can be a daunting experience/process, but it doesn't have to be. Eugene and Bobby made the car buying experience a very painless process. The preliminary paperwork was set up an done on my lunch hour and I was able to pick up my new 2015 Certified PreOwned Jeep Grand Cherokee after work and drive off the lot sooner rather than later, after a couple of signatures to complete the sale/registration. This is my third RAM. I love these trucks. I really like the changes they’ve made to the interior over the years. The crew cab is very spacious and I like the fold out shelf under the rear seat. There is plenty of lighting inside and out. The Hemi is a great engine and has all the power I need. I would fully recommend these trucks to anyone.

Good Service is still a part of the Dodge buying experience. Nice to see that value to the consumer is job one. Earlier this year I bought a 2016 SRT Dodge Challenger from Westbury Dodge on Long Island, New York. I live in New Hampshire and located the car via the Internet. It was a left over and had 19 miles on the odometer; still new. It had been sitting on the Westbury lot for 435 days. I will admit I definitely felt a little vulnerable because I knew this dealership would only see me once. All service on the car going forward would be conducted by Bonneville and Son Dodge of Manchester, New Hampshire. This was a relationship I had yet to establish. I made a 5 hour drive down over the Thanksgiving break arriving at the end of the day to purchase the car. Jader Reyes was my salesman for the transaction. The sale was 4efficient, professional and uncomplicated. This was important to me because my goal was to catch the ferry off the east end of the island which would shorten my drive home to NH. As I hit the highway for the drive home and brought the car up to speed, there was distinct vibration the back of the car. Right away I identified that this was a tire vibration probably due to the car sitting on the lot for so many days. Low-profile tires have a proclivity to flat spots from storage. I already knew this from other cars that I had owned with similar tires. Most times as the rubber warms up the vibration improves dramatically and this was the case with the Challenger. As I drove home, the vibration became less and less evident. By the time I returned to New Hampshire the vibration was noticeable but not debilitating. I brought the car into Bonneville and Son Dodge for a state inspection and a road force balance tire service. This would also allow me to establish a service relationship with a local dealership for my new car. Mark Dickerson was my service advisor. Upon inspection of the car and attempt to balance the tires, he had to deliver the news that after 400+ days sitting on the lot the tires were too severely flat spotted to balance. All four tires were going to have to be replaced. What happened next is the reason why I am writing the article. Mark reached out to the service manager, Domenick Denovellis at Westbury Dodge. Westbury Dodge agreed to assume all responsibility for the replacement of the tires and all labor to rebalance and reinstall them on the car. Bonneville and Son ordered the tires and did all the work and I was never presented with a bill. I call this an exceptional service experience. Dodge has certainly won my loyalty going forward. I would like to thank Jader Reyes, Domenick Denovellis and Mark Dickerson for bringing service back to the American car buying experience. At first I was very concerned about my ability to locate a car over the Internet at a dealership three states away and still have a positive buying experience if there was a problem with the car. Clearly, Dodge has figured out how to thrive in the global economy created by the Internet. Dealerships willing to collaborate with each other to maintain the customer experience is the key ingredient! Thank you all!

I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Dodge Charger from here on June 21st 2017. A few weeks into the purchase, I started to notice a few problems. 1.The trunk access button on the rear would not work. (This was a very very helpful feature to me when it did work so I wanted it fixed) , 2. The Bluetooth module was bad so none of the voice commands or phone connection features worked. 3. The front passenger door lock was busted. 4. The tire pressure sensor was bad. With every used car that you purchase from here, you get a 3 month maximum care warranty as with most dealerships. However, you also get their "Platinum program" which also allows for free loaner car service, $8 oil changes for life and more. So, when I went in to get this checked out, my service adviser, Jonathon, did an absolutely impeccable job. He took care of my car and myself and went above and beyond my expectations. The repair list was lengthy so it was going to take about five days to complete and I was given a loaner car as well. Overall , the process was smooth and with minimal trouble. Now, the car is perfect thanks to the service department. Special shout out to Jonathon for the awesome care and great deal of respect he shows to every one of his customers. As well as the Mopar team for repairing everything and dealing with my gripes. Also a shout out to the cashier table for the loaner car. One heck of a ride, but, overall, an excellent experience. The older reviews are probably before they switched management or something. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department. Thank you so much guys. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. The vehicle I use for work the only complaint I have ( but it’s with all the new pickups ) is the length of the bed !! 2009 was a Hemi V8. The 2013 was a V6 - I didn’t notice an extreme difference with the gas mileage so I went back to the Hemi in 2014.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Love this truck, worth buying and worth driving. I bought this truck for 3 reasons, quad cab 4x2 and HEMI power. This is my 3rd RAM truck . You just cant beat them on quality and price. Everybody else out there are way overpriced for what you get. Ford sucks. Chevy junk, but I would say TOYOTA is awesome to.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I usually dread car-shopping but thanks to Casondra that's no longer the case. From the second we entered the dealership she had a smile on her face, was engaging, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She never pushed or made me feel pressured to make a decision, but instead patiently sat with my husband and I, answering all of our questions until we felt comfortable making a decision...which was to purchase a car. This was by far the easiest and most convenient car buying process I've ever had. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by their friendly and courteous front desk staff who asked me browse until they could send a salesman my way. In the few minutes I browsed, I found the exact car I wanted on the showroom floor and when my salesman Eugene was introduced to me, he immediately got to work on my deal. I truly appreciated the speed at which he expedited everything as I had my toddler w/ me and knew he wouldn't be patient through a long negotiations process. I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes, start to finish. Eugene and Mike (my finance guy) told me to come and get my new vehicle at noon 2 days from then -- I left the dealership feeling very excited but slightly baffled as I wondered how on earth I had simultaneously managed to both trade-in an old car and purchase a new one in such a short amount of time and without the headache and frustrations that normally come with buying a new car. The day of my scheduled pickup, I received a courtesy call from Eugene reminding me to have my new ID cards emailed over and letting me know that I could come on over whenever I was ready. I arrived to pick up my new car and sign the final paperwork. It took all of 15 minutes inside the dealership before exchanging keys and being introduced to my brand new car. I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone in the market for a new (or preowned) vehicle. I cannot sing their praises enough! If you go, ask for the Eugene & Mike combo, they're great!

The RAM 1500 classic with 3.6 L Pentastar engine, 8-speed automatic transmission, and 3.21 axle ratio is perfect for casual pickup users. It can handle a large payload good enough for DIYers and at the same time has excellent fuel economy. The quadcab seats 6 people with decent second seat space for short trip riders. The six-foot bed is large enough for 99% of the jobs. I found that the engine and transmission are smooth, efficient, and quiet. The value of this truck is unmatched.

Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met our specifications. Unfortunately we were $500 apart which was a shame because we were ready to buy the car right there. Surprised they let us walk but would still recommend Hugo.

Excellent experience and, upgrade of entire facility since I purchased my 2006 E350 was nothing short of amazing! Even recent service from time I pulled in on Saturday 2 June early morning to the (almost) excellent car wash (found 2 beads of water running down drivers door, LOL), everything was perfect! Nicely done folks, nicely done. Scott did a great job of follow through & speed of entire crew was amazing. Have never seen anything operate so well. Even car wash was quick & well done. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!
