Lester Glenn: stress-free & super friendly

We had an incredible experience purchasing our new vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler 2017. Our salesperson, Jordan Subai, was energetic, informative, respectful, and so very down to Earth. In my life, thus far, I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from a variety of car dealerships, and this most recent experience, with the Lester Glenn Auto Group, in the past 2 days, has been, by far, the very best experience that I have had to pleasure to be a part of. My husband and I test drove a Jeep Wrangler on Wednesday evening, April 12. We were on the fence as to which vehicle to purchase, as I had grown accustomed to my Sequoia for 1l years. Upon entering the dealership, Jordan was extremely different from other car salespeople. He was genuinely attentive to our questions, he offered ample feedback for our questions about the Jeep Wrangler, and he helped to make the experience very personalized. For the first time ever, I felt as if I wasn't being pressured to purchase a vehicle. We officially purchased our Jeep Wrangler today, Thursday, April 13, and I'm so very excited to be part of the "Jeep Family". Jordan should be commended in every way possible, as his level of professionalism and his authentic personality were the catalysts that made my decision and my husband's, solidified. He had yet to utter the words that he would possibly consider a new truck - he has a 2005 Tundra in great shape, and after our experience with Jordan Subai, Ed Fiorvante, and Brian Reeves, My husband said, "If I decide to get a new truck, I'm going to those guys". I already told my entire extended family about the awesome experience. Once again, this was a first for me - the Jeep Wrangler...and more importantly, leaving a car dealership with a key in hand but no stress on my shoulders. We wish Lester Glenn Auto Group much happiness and successful sales!
