Kristine VanWinkle was very rude and disrespectful when I went in for my estimate. She was very rude on the phone when I was told I would have the estimate emailed to me and had to call and remind them because I had yet to get it. She rolled her eyes when I had to go to my car to get my insurance information as if i was wasting her time and she would rather be doing other things.I wouldn't ever go back to have to deal with her. Haris was very nice and helpful during the process. I was updated by him on the progress and when they found additional damage. I wish I would have also had a time it would have been done so I could have had set time in getting my rental car back to the shop and get my car in the same trip.

I had a 2005 Ram 1500 and it was great. I love the new style of this truck, it had everything I needed. For the price it should have had at least heated seats.
This service center is accommodative of customer needs. While they were unable to get my car in for two weeks while my engine was not running smoothly (the last time this happened, I had to replace my engine) they we're accommodative once the service was performed. There were recommendations to change parts which were contrary to what my primary other shop had indicated, such as: replacing rear shocks and bearings and replacing breaks. Although my brakes have approx 25% left and I plan on replacing them at the 70k mile mark (currently at 66k) the dealer insinuated that I should replace them immediately. After providing a realistic timeline, they agreed that the replacement was not necessary at this time, but should be done in the next 5-10k miles. Regarding the shocks, I had a vehicle inspection at 64k miles, and there was no indication that shocks were in need of repair. At 66k miles, they were apparently completely blown. This is confusing to me, as this drastic a change should not occur over 2k miles. Further, I have not experienced diminished ride quality or "clunking" sounds typical of blown shocks.

Super comfortable, tons of space even with the quad cab. No complaints from average sized back seat riders. 6'4" don't like long trips.
V6 is plenty quick and the MPG are GREAT! Rides nicer than my Tundra and handles much smaller than it is. I can't say enough good things about this truck!! Beats the competition at their price and costs Thousands less!
My overall experience was great! Every person I encountered at Southtown put my needs first. They truly understand what it means by taken care of there customers and putting them first. I came from KC to purchase my car and I can be the first to tell you that the people from Southtown had superior service and inventory compared to any other dealer I dealt with. Definitely will be a returning customer and will be referring Southtown to my peers. Great people and a Great Dealership!!
Plus they hooked up some cool hats for my family and I... Who does that!!! Thank you Southtown!!

Taking my vehicle to Deery Chevrolet in Pleasant Hill, Iowa is the best decision I can make. They keep my vehicle running well and keeps repair prices competitive. The work is always completed in a timely manner and there is no return trips for incomplete work done. Their courtesy drivers are great about taking me home and picking me up so I don't have to spend my time at the dealership while my vehicle is being serviced. Great place to go for all my vehicle needs.
Everyone at Bob Brown was responsive and accommodating, from the sales dept, finance dept, to the detailing. They listened to what I was saying or asking and responded quickly. Ninety percent of this deal was accomplished via e-mail, within 48 hours. It was all, the best new vehicle buying experience I've ever had.
