We were on our vacation and had a problem in a nearby town and were referred to this dealership from Auto Zone in Cleveland. The folks at Jacky Jones were extremely helpful and friendly. They ordered the part that was needed for our car, did the repair the following morning, and we were on our way! We were so thankful that Dodge had a dealership close by where we were staying. We moved to Michigan a few weeks ago and needed to get my wife a used car. Dealing with Monroe Superstores Used car department was simple, straightforward, and friendly, they did a GREAT job. A week after we bought our car there was a driveshaft issue which they fixed without charge even though they were not obligated to do so. I would go out of my way to buy from them again and would recommend them anytime.

We are extremely pleased with our buying experience! Ms. Schreck was attentive to all of our needs and requests. Our purchase of a 2013 Expedition left us very well satisfied and feeling that Ms. Schreck and your organization were partnering with us in the process rather than bargaining for a better deal. Customer service was the best we have encountered in many years of both new and used car buying . Attention to detail in fixing the few minor issues in the vehicle was exemplary. We will certainly be return customers in the future and will not hesitate to recommend Gary Yeoman's Ford to our friends and acquaintances.
We are snowbirds from Virginia and took our Ford Expedition into Ford AutoNation in Sanford for a oil change and tire rotation. They did an excellent job and even washed our SUV for free. We did have to wait for a little time and I asked how much longer it would take to get our Expedition back and was told 10 min because they were washing our SUV. When they finished we were told there was no charge for the oil change and tire rotation and when we asked why there was no charge we were told it was because we had to wait too long. I have never had that happen, ever!! Usually there is an apology for the wait and here is your bill. We had big screen tv to watch, free coffee and snacks so we did not mind the wait. This was totally unexpected!! Great customer service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this dealership!!! They care about their customers!!

Got to Work with Dave on the purchase of a new/used vehicle. I saw the vehicle on the internet and called them before making the trip which was almost a 2 hour trip, The lady who answered the phone ( I believe she said her name was Nicole) was very pleasant and transferred my call to Dave. Dave said they did still have the vehicle and when we arrived he had it sitting down at their office. After showing me the vehicle and were there was a rust spot on the rear quarter panel which he said they would fix he gave me the keys and left us take it for a test drive.
When we got back we told him that we were interested in the vehicle. While doing the paper work we asked him he could do the paper work and if everything was good we would come back the next day to finish it up because we had another appt at noon. To my surprise Dave says well the vehicle is yours because i guarantee everything is going to be fine so why don't i put a dealer plate on it and let you guys drive it home today then you can come back in the morning to finish the paper work. Being we live two hours from the dealership this was a complete surprise.
We took him up on his offer which saved us from driving two vehicles once again, The next day all the paper work was ready for us when we arrived and it only required signatures, Dave then gave me a paper which i never saw at any other dealers, This paper was called We Owe You. On this paper he wrote that they owed us Pa inspection and emissions along with have the rust spot fixed. The service that Ron's gave was superior and I couldn't have been treated any better. There was no pressure like you get at other dealers.

Purchased a Grand Cherokee Summit last year and wintered in Arizona for the last 10 years. Staying in New York this year and really wanted snow tires installed before any inclement weather. The Friendly staff had them ordered and installed the next day!

Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!
This is at least the 3rd time I have gone to RTE 46 JEEP to lease yet another JEEP vehicle. This time I got a 2018 COMPASS after driving a JEEP CHEROKEE LIMITED for several years. My salesman, RJ Salas, was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to find a deal within my budget. Walter, in the Finance Dept., explained everything fully and had us in and out of his office in no time at all. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and helpful from Judy (cashier), Cauly Chak (manager), and everyone that I have ever dealt with back in the Service Dept. I feel this dealership works with the customer no matter what your reason for being there!
