Terrific Experience at Sahara Jeep My overall experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, from Sahara Jeep was TERRIFIC. Every employee that I interacted with treated me more like a friend than a buyer. My experience started before I even got to the dealership. I was looking online for a new Jeep and visited several websites. What I liked most about Sahara was they posted their discount price and when I got to the dealership the price didn't change. I saw the car I wanted on Sunday and first thing Monday morning I called to see if the vehicle was still available and at the discount price. The IT Mgr, Doug assured me it was and when I asked if it could be available in 30 minutes for a test drive, he guaranteed me it would be available. When I arrived the car was sitting out front and ready to go. Doug turned me over to Bryson one of the salesman. The Jeep I chose was Velvet Red Pearl on the exterior and Light Frost Beige interior. When I opened the front door the first thing that struck me was the interior was beautiful. Bryson took a few minutes going over the vehicle, before the test drive. One feature that I really liked is the ability to shut of the media screen light and still play music. When I night drive I hate that light in my side vision. The test drive went great and once back to the dealership Bryson turned me over to the Sales Mgr, Jason. He worked with me to get the payment I wanted and also when I told him I was selling my current 2014 Jeep to my sister and wanted to make sure I was giving her a fair price, he volunteered to work up some numbers for me. I appreciated the extra effort. And then Jason introduced me to David, The Finance Mgr to sign all the final paperwork. David was very well organized and the process went very quickly. He didn't try to up sell me on anything , but told me what was available and the benefits. Because I have cloth interior I did purchase the LUXCARE interior/exterior protection that has a 5 year warranty. Once the paperwork was complete David turned me back over to Bryson to follow me home to get both of my vehicles there. Once at my house he didn't just rush off, he answered all my questions that came up during my 25 mile drive home. The excellent service didn't end there, a week later I went to pick up my information for the DMV and while there I asked if David was available I had a question about the LUXCARE. I wanted to know what I needed to do to get the LUXCARE installed. Instead of telling me to call service , he asked if I had 30-40 minutes and I did he then took my keys and drove my Jeep to the service area and 30 minutes later I was driving off the lot with my Jeep done. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a vehicle. New or used.
