Paul did everything that he could to get us the prices we needed on our new vehicle. He knew that we couldn't afford very high payments and he worked throughout the weekend into Monday with the finance managers and the bank to get our prices where they needed to be. They got our trade in value where we wanted it and budged down on the sticker price of the car too. Great salesman and well recommended.

Super comfortable, tons of space even with the quad cab. No complaints from average sized back seat riders. 6'4" don't like long trips.
V6 is plenty quick and the MPG are GREAT! Rides nicer than my Tundra and handles much smaller than it is. I can't say enough good things about this truck!! Beats the competition at their price and costs Thousands less!

I don't do reviews but I felt I needed to for Lighthouse. This was an absolutely shocking experience for any company these days much less a dealership. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was incredibly customer focused and some of the friendliest people I've dealt with. No games, no hassle, the actual deal probably took 5 minutes. Even though they were busy Keith and Shanin worked late to get us out the door with the truck since we drove a couple of hours to get there. Fair pricing all around and good people to work with. Do yourself a favor, go see Keith Edelman and get yourself a good deal on a clean vehicle with someone you actually will be glad to do business with.

Shopping for a ‘new’ used car can be fun or stressful. Plan on spending time on this because it is a lot of money spent in the end. Bob was the Internet salesperson we dealt with. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist us. He was busy with another family searching for the perfect car match too. He let us take a test drive by ourselves. He gave us alone time to confer. When the looking and buying process was taking a long time, he recommended a place to eat. Yummy! In the end, the paper work was accomplished efficiently. Today I signed the papers for my second lease with Mike Murphy Ford after meeting several times with Anthony Davis. Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him.

I traveled 170 miles to Roanoke from Southern, IL to have minor recall service work performed on my 2013 Viper. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership that worked around my schedule on a Saturday. The Technician is an expert, the service Advisor (Rick Hammer) and entire staff is more than accommodating and offered me a loaner car to go out for lunch. They went the extra mile and corrected a couple minor items to my car without an extra charge. This is a top shelf business model built on old fashioned ethics to "take care of the customer".

Easy experience.......Jimmy took care of us...

We bought a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Mike Murphy Ford. Jimmy was our sales person. He was very nice, no pressure. When I first called about the car, he disclosed two minor blemishes (wheel and trim piece by the bottom of the door) that the dealership was going to repair. They did excellent work and made it look great. When we received the car from detailing, it had a significant scratch on the roof, no fault of the dealership's. We called Jimmy and he made it right, no questions asked. We are currently waiting to get the car back, but they have made a big hassle very easy to deal with. Thanks for that. Fully recommend the dealership and Jimmy!

Love my RAM

This is my third RAM. I love these trucks. I really like the changes they’ve made to the interior over the years. The crew cab is very spacious and I like the fold out shelf under the rear seat. There is plenty of lighting inside and out. The Hemi is a great engine and has all the power I need. I would fully recommend these trucks to anyone.
