Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. Came in on a Saturday looking for a new truck. Traded in my 03 duramax with 330k miles was thinking I was only going to get maybe 2grand but they gave me 3,500 for my trade in and within a few hours I was driving off the lot with my new love! Would definitely recommend them!
So I've been in the market for a vehicle for a good while now, I had been searching on Facebook and found a 2014 Jeep and contacted the seller, who sent me to y'all since it was your sell. Unfortunately that Jeep had already been sold, I needed up speaking with Bradon, and he sent me the link to the car, that is now sitting in my drive way, and I feel in love. Went over today to test drive and check it out. And left with a car of dreams... I literally cried when I drove off property.

Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!
I bought a car at Booth Motors about 10 days ago and I LOVE it! My last two cars were leases on new cars so I was a little bit skeptical of buying something used. My salesman was very nice and showed me their inspection report so that I could see the car had been fully serviced. Its been 10 days and it still looks and runs amazingly, so I'm ecstatic!
Disappointing. I purchased a 2010 FJ...after business hours of parts/service. We expressed concern about taking delivery and were assured of a problem we had noticed would be resolved. Needless to say, it was not. They refused to address the issue and my lesson learned was to take it to get checked out immediately and get everything IN writing, including the assurance that things would be taken care off. Oh, and found a hairbrush under the front seat and a child's book. It was not detailed to any stretch of the imagination.
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
Jim was very pleasant and polite. He made our experience feel more personal compared to a dealership experience. We were not pressured into buying anything, even though we knew that we were already set on getting the Nissan Rogue. The windshield was cracked and the interior had pet hair on the seats and floor. We conveyed our concern about the two issues, especially in regards to the pet hair since my family has allergies. Jim took care of us and had it arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned, and for our windshield to be replaced. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and CUABSI to friends and family. Any future vehicle purchases will be going through this place.
