Great dealership and sales agent!

My husband and I purchased a minivan from this dealership last night. However, the process started the day before, when I was browsing with my son. Angie Gue greeted me, helped me to look over several vehicles, compare the pros and cons of each and find the best fit for my family. I had decided on a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan but needed to come back the next day with my husband. The following morning I recieved a call from Angie. She was calling to let me know that just after I had left another couple came in and bought the 2012 van. She was genuinely apologetic for my losing the vehicle of my choosing. I assured her I understood and that we would still come by to look at others and thanked her for her upfront honesty, a quality rarely seen in the sales industry. When I returned with family in tow Angie was ready to work with us, recapping what she and I had previously discussed and allowing my husband and me the opportunity to look over and figure out what would work best for us. Angie then helped us to get through the paperwork in a simple, timely and friendly manor. She was knowledgable throughout the entire process and quick to answer any questions yet didn't try and push me into a higher priced vehicle for her own gains. She truly listened to me as a customer and that is one thing I hold most valuable when dealing with any sort of sales person. To anyone considering a new to you vehicle, go check out Glockner of Ashland and tell them you want to speak with Angie Gue! Barry (finance) isn't to be left out either. He was great and pleasant to work with, explained everything perfectly yet quickly and had us out the door quicker than any other dealership has in the past. These people are great to work with.
