A great automotive "match maker"

I purchased a 2016 RAM 2500 from Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to replace my 2003 Chevy Silverado that just wasn't able to cope with Winter life in the Sierras. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the last year. Just like before, I used the Car Pro VIP program that introduced me this time to Tom Holst. The thing that I love about this dealership is that both buying experiences have started out as two guys sitting down spending the first 20 minutes just talking about cars. I was never "sold" anything and there was never any pressure to take a one time only bargain deal. I arrived with an idea of the model of vehicle I was looking for, the trim level I thought I needed, an idea of what I was going to do with it and a list of features ( must have / don't want / could go either way ). Their staff knows their products inside and out and have been very open about any issues I might encounter with a particular vehicle based on what I had planned to do. When it came time to test drive a vehicle, it was a perfect match - both times! The thing that puts Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram far above any other buying experience I've ever had was based on my previous purchase and reinforced this time too. How many "car salesmen" have told you "You know, I could sell you exactly what you said you wanted, but based on our conversation about what you need, lets go down one trim level, then add the features you want. It will save you a lot of money." Wow! That tells me that they have made a business decision to place customer service as the top priority. They are NOT in the business of just "moving metal".
