I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership.
I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service.
In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times.
It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client.
Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.
I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.
I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

I've had my share of poor service at dealers. Mr. Ken Littlefield is absolutely the BEST TOP NOTCH service center repair rep I have EVER dealt with in my 14yrs of owning a car. Always professional, knowledgeable and NEVER misquotes a price. Stays in communication while my car is in the shop. I always go to him if I have any issues with my car. Getting service on any car is not fast nor do you want a poor service on your car. I have always left the dealership very pleased and will continue to come here while I own my Chrysler T&C and continue to speak with Ken. Absolutely a 10 when it comes to scores...200% is more like it!! Thank you very much for making me feel that this is a one stop shop and for not taking advantage because I am a female. Places are known for that, Not at Posner Park CJDRF!!!! Thank you again!
The atmosphere and vibe of the dealership was enjoyable and positive. My salesmen Chris and Austin both worked their hardest to give me the most enjoyable experience they could. Chris even went as far as to detail the car for me. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience.
David Hires, the service manager, was so helpful when I needed repairs on my 2015 Chevy Malibu. He was kind, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made getting my car repairs a breeze and kept me informed throughout the entire process! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
I went to service and spoke with Tony, he was knowledgeable about my crazy electrical problem I was having. I took my PT Cruiser to 3 other dealership and spent over $1500.00 in repairs, and the problem still not fixed! Tony was honest and they found a wire that was half broken. I paid $300.00 and my car has been fine with no issues for 2 months now! Pisner Park is the only dealership I will go to! Great service, everyone is happy and you always feel welcomed!!
If anyone has left a bad review, they are mistaken! I was met on 9/7/2017 in the HOT Florida heat by Josh "The Journey" Johnson. After visiting many dealerships that day, Josh was the only sales professionals that met me the moment that I arrived on the HOT asphalt. I told Josh that I would return on 8/9/2017 with my wife to look at Jeep Wranglers.
My wife and I were originally interested in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler that was primarily going to be driven by her. She test drove a Wrangler and stated that she couldn't see driving the Jeep everyday back and forth to work.
Telling Josh of the change in vehicles. He was excited to hear that we were also interested in the Dodge Journey. Josh said when he began this was the only vehicle that he could sell to customers and he know virtually everything about them, hence the name Josh "The Journey" Johnson. (Hope you like it!)
Seeing the excitement in Josh's face. I gave him the opportunity to impress my wife and I. Well, what can I say!! We are happy and proud owners of a 2017 Dodge Journey!!
Josh knew his stuff about this vehicle and showed all the bells and whistles that the Journey had to offer.
The story does not end there and may get a bit weird from here. I ran into the Financial Service writer "Al" in the bathroom and he began telling jokes while I wore my NY Giants hat.
The comedy continued while finishing up the paperwork for our new vehicle.
The staff, facility, and the people at Lakeland Dodge JEEP Chrysler are a great group and want to make you happy, comfortable, and pleased with the vehicle that you are purchasing.
Josh stopped many times during the process and of looking and test driving making sure that as we continued this was the vehicle that fit our needs.
Well Josh!! We are happy that we got a brand new vehicle and will send as many people your way!! As for AL, enjoy your trip to Denver and I will also send people your way!!

This is the way car buying should be! No pressure to buy no sales person chasing you down, ridiculously huge inventory all makes from Alfa Romeo 🚘😘, to Maseratti, from BMW to Nissan any car you can imagine they carry at a very decent price. My experience was out of this world, from tasting Cuban coffee to life's conversations.I'll definitely recommend this dealership. Alberta takes customer service and sales to a whole new level. Bought a RAV4 with my wife this week, we were looking for a family safe car, something we could travel in and had good fuel economy, after being helped by Alexander we chose the rav4, everyone made it easy, we were in and out, we got a fantastic deal and they made it Happen I strongly suggest Clermont Toyota, make sure you ask for Alexander he is the best!

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

I found the Ram 3500 dually with all the features I was looking for and contacted the dealership to see the vehicle the next morning. David Ruiz was my salesman and was very professional and friendly. Phil Morton the sales manager was outstanding and is a very fair and reasonable businessman. Rod the finance person was outstanding as well, no hard selling of expensive add-ons. I loved his hunting photos on his desk as well. Everyone at this dealership was fantastic and this is the best car buying experience I've had in my 30+ years of car buying. I drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth the drive. If I'm in the market for another vehicle I will certainly return to this dealership. Feel free to shop around and do your homework like I did then go to this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

This truck has the payload i needed to pull my travel trailer. Plenty of power, rides good, great looking paint job. One of the quietest running trucks I have ever owned
I only inquired about a vehicle that was online through Car Guru. The representative that I spoke with was very nice and kind she tried many ways to get me to purchase and SUV at the time I was not ready however she didn't pressure me to buy an SUV but her words were whenever you are ready please come back and see me. I thought that was excellent

This truck is everything Ive been saving for. Very nice dependable 3/4 ton off road truck. I told myself one day I'd own a Power Wagon, and now I have one.
As a skeptic, I assumed the status quo. That is clearly not the case here. All of my concerns and questions were answered. There was no pressure to buy what wasn't needed. They always backed up there statements. They also prepared me for the next service visit. I used all of the coupon mailers to get the same or better deal then the 3rd party service shops. If I had any issues with the service no matter how small, Ray Made It Right...

Awesome prices and great experience. Saved thousands and got a better expedition than I was looking at elsewhere. Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . I know this sounds like BS !! This is my second 2017 I bought here and saved tons of money !! .. just look online before you show up and it's super simple after that . I had been on line shopping for my Bride a Lincoln MKC for awhile - I first noticed Off Lease on Ebay and their prices were better than many others so I went to their Web site and knew that this MKC was a good deal and just what my wife wanted "Crimson Tide Red " with Cappuccino seats., low miles ,lots of gadgets. Got a flight from B'ham to Orlando the next morning at 6 AM . Called my rep Lenin who went out and locked the vehicle , then picked me up at the airport . Lenin had patiently spent a good deal of time on the phone with me late the evening before .He got answers for me of some out of the ordinary request . No pressure from Lenin . Test drove . signed the papers wrote a check . THEN - after returning to the hotel I ran across a problem .Noticed there was a film on the car as if it had a body shop over spray .Drove the MKC back to lot and called for Lenin . He stopped in the middle of his 4 o'clock lunch . Understood the problem , called in the manager, Chad, who carried the car back to the clean up shop . Then after about 30-45 minutes they brought the car back as shinny as it could be,no film as if it had been waxed . Next morning drove the 10 hour trip back home to Tuscaloosa. Told my Bride of 45 years Happy Anniversary . She was VERRRY HAPPY ! .She has been in it most of the day playing with all the features . Lenin is the MAN . The only problem is while your waiting for your wife's new car to be brought up for the test drive you sit across from a line of Corvettes , Mustangs , Jaguars etc. just making you lust !! , but knowing the 1st place I will look when my 98 Firebird has to be put to rest .
