My experience was very good. Very helpful and repair was done right, just one thing. when I left I mention that I need my truck done by 3:00pm. I didn't receive a call that my truck was ready? I was given a ride to dealership by coworker at 4:00pm not knowing that my truck was ready at 3:00pm?

Form the time I placed my call, I had nothing but excellent service. Gary checked me in told me exactly what work was going to be performed and what the cost would be, and if there was something that came up in the repairs, which it did, he would call me to let me know what was found and the added cost; which he did. Parts had to be ordered, which extended the completion of the repairs, but Gary kept me informed all the while. Upon completion, I explained that I would need a ride. Within 15 minutes, Phil arrived and brought me in. He was very punctual. When I picked up the car, Gary was on his lunch hour; however, Austin, the Service Manager took care of me. Before driving off the lot, I inspected the car and pointed out one item that had not been addressed, and he got right on it. I applaud Moss Bros. For their commitment to excellent customer service.

I made an appointment a couple on Thursday for Saturday. I tried to make it Friday but the advisor I was talking with said he didn't have anything until Saturday afternoon at 3 pm. I had a scheduled dinner with my family which I rearranged for a later time. However, when I got to the Moss Bros. Service Department there was no record of my appointment. Needless to say I was a little upset because something similar to this has happened to me on the Honda side at Moss Bros. Service Advisor Oscar saw that I was upset and immediately began calming me down and told me not to worry that he would help me anyway. He did and every thing came out okay.
My suggestion to Moss Bros. Jeep is to have intensive customer support training for Service Advisors and might not be a bad idea to have Oscar do the training.

Alan Megard, service manager, did a great job! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, set me up with a rental car, and called me the next afternoon to report that the truck was repaired. It was not cheap, but that wasn't his fault.

Great customer service and communication
experience provided by Chad Brookins! Chad greeted me in a timely manner, explained service in detail, sent me an email with full description of auto service and called me to come pick up my vehicle when service was complete.
Next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle I will look him up in the service department. I will definitely refer him and your service department to my family and friends.
I showed up to my appointment early, and was treated right away, I was helped immediately and went into the customer lounge where the news was on and it smelled of fresh coffee. It was quiet and every employee that passed me smiled and said good morning. After sitting around for 20 or so minutes, I was politely asked if I needed a ride home by the Chrysler shuttle driver, shortly after I was offered a fresh donut by another employee. Over all, it was a great experience for a Saturday service.

Online service appointment was easy to make , everybody was friendly . Moreno valley dodge said it would be a week for an appointment, riverside dodge got me an appt. the next day.
I know that Riverside Chevy is under new management. I had a very positive experience there. In fact, I took an Uber all the way from Orange to buy a car there. It was quick, painless, and there was no haggling. I was prepared for a long, stressful experience. So glad I was wrong!

Went into dealership looking for new car or truck. Was greeted by Chris and helped us out. Was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and trucks. Ended up buying a new 2018 dodge ram truck. Would recommend this dealer and would recommend Chris as well. Drove one hour to this dealership on the 4th of July and was well worth the drive with the experience we had at the dealership.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We've been bringing our Dodge Grand Caravans (we are on our 2nd caravan) to Moss Motors of Riverside for years. In the last 5 years, we've had some pretty horrible experiences. Just when we thought we found a good service tech that did his job and followed through and answered his phone, etc, etc., one we could continue to schedule appointments with, he'd leave. We were on the brink of never returning to Moss Motors, it was that bad.
This last experience (10/1/18) the service operator scheduled me with Randy Folds. I briefly told her of our horrible experiences in the past, but she assured me that despite him being new to Moss Motors, he was good. My 2013 Grand Caravan was in need of a tune up and 100K service.
I had an appointment at 8:00 and was greeted and helped shortly after Randy finished with a previous customer. He was very friendly and helpful. The price was exactly as he had quoted me earlier in the day (Moss always has a habit of finding things "wrong" with my car, causing additional charges, etc.). My car was done in a timely manner and he called when my car was actually done, versus waiting until mid day to even start looking at my car, etc.
Randy Folds saved Moss Motors from loosing a customer. My only hope is that he'll be there the next time my van needs servicing.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.

The sale person who help me buying my new and first Honda car . He is very good and he help me to all my questions about the car I want. Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.
