Great dealership. They are kind of nestled at their 309 (5 points intersection) and not extremely visible, but I am happy that I found them. I just want to say that this is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced. The people care about your automotive needs and will make sure your vehicle is repaired to exact specification. I purchased my vehilce and had it serviced at this dealer and they did an excellent job. Really surpassed any other experience I've had at any other dealership. Since I am single, I need a car when my is being serviced. They provided me one at no charge. That is what I call superb customer service. Please check them out.

I have been to all the Jeep dealers in the Washtenaw County area and Suburban impressed me the most. After much research, I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Darius is very informed and helped me secure all of my wants and needs with friendly, no pressure service. He also arranged for the specific vehicle I wanted to be brought in from Columbus, OH so I didn???t have to settle for something else or wait 6 wks for a factory order. While other dealers hounded me with emails, texts and calls, Darius gave me a competitive price from the beginning as well as the time and space to solidify my decision without the annoying, high pressure tactics I experienced with other salesmen. I also received a very fair price for my trade-in vehicle which was washed while I was still making a decision. Thank you, Darius! I still haven???t stopped grinning 🤗. Cheers!!
Stevens Ford is a dependable honest dealership. Their customer service is excellent! I've dealt with Jenny Scheele for many years now (I'm in the process of deal #3 with her currently) and she always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for at a monthly payment I can afford. Dan and Patrick were the two salesmen who helped me out. Jessie was the finance rep. I inquired about a 2017 Subaru WRX STI and got a prompt response from Patrick. My buying process was pretty smooth and the overall communication with them was great, even being an out of state buyer! More like across the country, haha! Paperwork was sent fairly quick. So, all of you should know one thing before I write this review. My girlfriend and i, just got a 2013 Dodge dart 4 months ago. We came back in yesterday on 2/22/2016 and I was looking for a cheap car. Like most of you, (who wants to spend a fortune, right?) However, I was wanting something with less than 188,000 miles on it (that's what my current vehicle had) and was looking at an impala with 107,000. I, however, was not satisfied with it because of the amount of miles it had. Sergio Garcia was able to get my numbers where I needed them in order to get ANOTHER 2013 DODGE DART!!! This thing is awesome and that was a job well done! Definitely satisfied. I walked away with something better than I expected, while still saving my wallet!! Head over and go see him if you are thinking about getting another vehicle, right now! Definitely worth the time! Also, great customer service over there as well! So, stop reading the review already, and go get yourself a new car!
Even before I arrived at the dealership, Joshua from the BDC department went above and beyond helping me find cars for my visit. Salesmen Samuel was very friendly and patient and really worked with me on getting my dream car (2018 Jeep Compass Latitude) into my price range. I have been wanting a Jeep since I was a teenager and I am 39 years old but within the last 2 years I have been itching for one hard. My husband and I went to a few Jeep dealers and other dealers that sold used Jeep's and we just couldn't make a deal. We noticed that new or used Jeeps were practically the same price with miles. So we decided to go new since this vehicle holds its value and its an investment type vehicle. We did our research and said we were for sure going to buy one. We were in the process of buying a house so we put the Jeep on the back burner for a couple years, well we bought our house and we are now in Lawrenceville and we decided to visit this Lawrenceville Jeep Dealer and it was the best thing we did. We drove in n a Saturday October 21, 22017 and just started walking the lot where we saw the Jeeps we liked and we were approached by Paul and he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Jeep. He said things to us we already knew but that is ok because we were on the same level of knowledge BUT he was a great sales man in the aspect of how to build the vehicle and how to make a price work for us and that is what made this deal. He didn't stick us with the first price we saw and did not push us on that price either after we stated that was expensive. He was able to work with us, really feel out what it is that we really wanted and was able to put numbers together on that. We told him we wanted to think about it, he emailed us a built jeep how we wanted it and we started working on that. We ended up going back to the Dealership on Saturday October 28, one week exact later and wanted to now work out numbers and see about a trade in and all the fun stuff, hahahaha! Paul was realistic, strong with his words on the financing and was going to do everything he could to make our deal work. Well then when it did not work for us, we had an option to look at other Jeeps that had almost what I wanted but no big wheels. Just standard wheels, well, we decided that the big wheels (37in) was a little bit of a rough ride for long distance but I did test drive it and the Sahara and I fell in love with the white Sahara and it was a 24g package and the price worked. Financing was also amazing with Magdalena working her numbers. We did not feel pressured, we knew we could walk away because they did give us the option to think about it. They made the deal work for us and met us in the middle. They were really real, not corporate, didn't try to sell, just tried to help. We were in the dealership from 11am till 5:30pm. It was an all day event but they were busy so understandable. We were on a 50/50 buying situation meaning we were either getting the truck or not if the numbers did not work. They made them work. We enjoyed every part of our experience and we are very happy with our 2017 New Jeep Sahara. We look forward to continue to do business with Jeep and buy more accessories for our new Jeep.
It was a pleasant experience. You made appointments at your convenience. I explained the problems I was having with my car and I was informed it would take a couple days to fix. I didn't have any other means of transportation and without me asking, Walker Cadillac took it upon themselves to provide me with a rental car. I was very impressed by their Great customer service and professionalism. I will be recommending Walker Cadillac to all my friends and Co-workers. They make you feel like a Valued customer. In the couple years I've owned my Dodge Charger, I've had it serviced at two different dealers., AutoNation Dodge and the Hyundai dealer where I bought it as a used car. Having to get some recall work done on it required that I take it to the Dodge dealer instead of the Hyundai dealer. It was also due for some scheduled maintenance, which I decided to have taken care of. When the service rep., Jake T. drew up the service order, I knew that there were some items on it that I had taken care of at the other dealer. I just wasn't sure which ones they were. Jake was kind enough to call the other dealer's service department and update the record, saving me almost $800 in redundant services. Thanks Jake!
