Unexpected problem with battery

I was having a problem with my car being sluggish to start. I drove to the dealership (Legacy Buick in Slidell) early on the morning of November 15 and left my car. After I had parked, the car would not start again. When the dealership opened, I called and was put in touch with Ashley. I have been dealing with Legacy Buick for the past four years and I believe Ashley has been there the entire time. After telling her the problem, she immediately took action and the service department installed a new battery for me. They were kind enough to leave my car outside of the gates so I could retrieve it after hours.
