Awesome Experience All 3 Times

Videon is top notch when it comes to customer service and satisfaction from sales to service and everything in between. My fiance and I have leased three vehicles (2014 Cherokee, 2015 Grand Cherokee, and 2017 Journey) from Videon in the past three years. Every experience has been better and better. We leased our first two vehicles from Paul Hackett who is no longer there, and back in April of 2017 we leased a fully loaded Dodge Journey GT from Jim Mullen. Jim worked with us to understand what our needs and wants were and what our budget was. We had been looking at another dealership at the Journey that we ultimately ended up getting. That dealership was not willing to negotiate price on a lease at all. We went to Videon and they had a similar vehicle in stock, but it did not quite match what we were looking for. Jim was able to secure the Journey GT from the other dealership and beat their price by thousands of dollars. We were still on the fence about the car, and Jim went above and beyond. Without restructuring our deal, Jim offered to pay off the lease payments on our 2014 Cherokee and even allowed us to keep the vehicle for the remainder of the lease so that we would not exceed the mileage on our other car. I'm currently shopping for a pre-owned vehicle to replace my 2015 Grand Cherokee and I wish that Jim was able to sell pre-owned. From the service department, I can say enough good things about Brian Iovino. I had some ongoing issues with my Grand Cherokee and I had been going to another dealership for months and they were not able to solve my problems, and actually created more issues with my car. After getting completely fed up, I decided to make the extra drive to Videon for service and Brian took my case and ran with it. He understood my frustration with the ongoing problem and he even worked with Chrysler's warranty program to get me into a loaner vehicle whenever I needed to come in for the same issue. With Brian and the entire team's expertise, I only needed to get a loaner vehicle twice before the problem was resolved for good. I have had no issues since.
