I knew exactly what I wanted (Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 High Altitude, Black with Black wheels). I called the store and spoke with Wesley my sales guy. He didn't give me a bunch of sales talk, asked me to fill out the online application and we literally did the car deal over the phone. I recently brought a used car from Eric Foret. He was a excellent sales person and understood both my wife's and my requirements in purchasing the car. He was very polite and did not pressure us in buying the car at he first visit. He understood that I needed to take it to my mechanic before we could discuss a price. Even after the trip to the mechanic, he did not pressure me in buying the car, since my wife was at work. I told him that my wife and I would return later in the evening to discuss the price. We brought the car that evening. I would recommend Eric as the person to see if you are interesting in buying a car. Great Experience.
Let them know I was interested in a certain car and they called me back to let me know it was there. Went to look at it the next day and they had it parked out front ready for me to look at! The car was very nice and I ended up buying it with no problems at all and at a great price for the condition it was in and all of the features it had. The people were very friendly and helpful and I absolutely recommend buying a car from them!

We stopped in after mechanical problems with our current vehicle, and while it was being repaired we walked around the lot and found a new pickup we liked. After a quick test drive and a fantastic offer, we chose to purchase a '19 Ram 1500. It was a pleasant, easy experience. With their "Warranty Forever" program, it will make a great addition for our family for the long haul!
As usual, Corwin Ford was extremely accommodating and quite diligent with a recent maintenance visit. Despite having a full schedule, Team Corwin squeezed my vehicle in on a Tuesday. Upon arrival Tuesday morning, they rushed my vehicle into the shop, as they were aware I planned to wait for the vehicle in their customer lounge area. The relatively large and comfortable lounge area made it easy to catchup on a little work. Less than three hours later, the vehicle maintenance was completed, along with a complimentary carwash. And a shout out to Junior, who was an extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful Service Advisor, keeping me apprised of findings and status throughout the morning. The maintenance visit was to address a recall notice and a surprisingly overwhelming mildew odor in a two-month-old F-150. After a little research, the mechanics determined the most probable cause was the a/c evaporator. They subsequently addressed the issue with an a/c cleaner and deodorizer treatment. Although there remains a residual mildew/deodorizer combo smell, it is a significant improvement compared to the odor prior to the treatment. My clothes, computer bag, computer, phone, and various passengers appreciate it. If I was a passenger in an Uber car with this smell, I would not hesitate to give the experience a 2 or 3-star rating. Hopefully the treatment keeps the mildew odor at bay for years to come. I must admit, thus far, I???m a little disappointed in the 2018 F-150 Platinum compared to my previous 2016 F-150 Platinum. The musty/mildew odor, the less intuitive change in cruise control buttons (a personal preference), discontinued multicolor ambient lighting, the black wood like plastic interior trim vs. the previous (classier, "platinum" fitting) glossy walnut like wood trim, to mention a few disappointing points. On a positive note, it has been a pleasure working with Team Corwin to resolve issues that can be corrected.
We are hundreds of miles away from the dealership, and they were very helpful on the phone. They were able to help my husband on a tight schedule, and although the vehicle did not end up being the right one, the service remained great.
