This is a great truck & halls great.
Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

worst truck my company has got for me
my company got me a 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 single wheel 4 wheel drive for my new service truck.previous truck was a chevy 2011 3500 4 wheel drive the ram has rock hard seats has more road noise inside and the wind blows through the cab.you freeze in the winter time in it . also transfer lever rattles and shakes in it.it handles poorly on icy roads. ram still use steering box with drag link style steering with straight axle.truck is has a heavy load on it all the time and still loses rear traction easily. has 6.4 semi engine and fuel mileage is around 9 to11. only has 16000 miles on it. the 2011 chevy I had before had 6.0 gas in it handled better and was way more comfortable and quieter at 260000 miles. the ram is like driving something from the 1940s. dodge still hasn't got there game together yet.

Questionable Reliability
Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.

So many Recalls
It’s just not the vehicle of the past ones! The quality just isn’t there. We have only had large Trucks and this one is lacking in all areas. Over 8 recalls!

Disappointed in Ram
We purchased our 3500 for towing purposes for our business . So far it’s been in the shop 4 times in the past 7 months. The last time for wiring harness issues. It was in the shop almost a month for this. The first second and third were all due to tow haul kicking out and loss of power and trailer breaks. This issue still hasn’t been fully resolved as I still have to pull over from time to time and turn it off and then it works again. And looks like we are gonna be headed back to the shop again as it is loosing power again. Also , the lovely mechanics told me last time I brought it in to expect it to be in the shop as it isn’t made for daily towing. Always nice to blame the customer for a poorly manufactured product

Been in the shop for almost 3 weeks
At only 16000 miles the fuel pump came apart contaminating the whole fuel system. It's been in the shop for almost 3 weeks waiting on backordered parts. Before buying this truck, do some research on fuel system problems. I wish I had. I would have bought something else. Even though parts are backordered, I'm sure they have parts to keep building more trucks.

Very pleased
This is the third Dodge/Ram product I have owned, including a 1997 Caravan, a 2015 Ram eco diesel Laramie longhorn, and now a 2019 ram 3500 HO Cummins Diesel. I have owned both Ford and Chevy before, including an F350. I won’t go back to the other brands. Ram has the best options, best engines, best reliability, and best towing. And even though this time I went with a lower trim package, the base models have everything you need.

Great Truck
Everything I love in a truck is in this Ram. The interior is user friendly and the screen is bigger than an IPad. Plenty of room in the rear seating area. Love the storage bins in the floor of the rear seat.
